OYO Flagship Triple Beach Guest House - Hotel in Goa, Benaulim - South Goa, India

I Visited the hotel for business/work purpose .The rooms of this property are good but the staff needs some hospitality training. Also whilst booking I was told tht I would get a discount if i book early and which I did but on arrival the price was much more thn expected plus extra charges if u check in early . the company should look into this matter u cannot charge guest extra if they arrive 1-2 hours early no other hotels does that. I also ordered food which the staff told me tht the food will b cooked in house Kitchen but the food i ordered the staff got it from out source.

Location and services are good but the property is a little old with little or no maintenance. Good for a budget stay

Worst Hotel For Anyone They Make False Promises on oyo. Don't go there even they Have free rooms.

Room was very dirty, staff was not conrdinet, Hot water not available for shower Don't visit this hotel

Poor Hospitality!! Untidy Blankets !! Mold all over the place !! You can find better placesin Goa

There are Goods and Bads of these rooms. Let's start with goods. 1: Deluxe room sanitization and cleanliness was very good. No bad smells or stains anywhere. 2: Closeby to beaches. 3: Helpful reception desk. Now coming to the bads. 1: Booking experience could be better. The picture shown of rooms on oyo are interchanged. Deluxe room pic is uploaded for classic room Booking. I booked classic due to this confusion and on reaching the location I had to pay extra to get the room I needed. 2: The walls of the rooms were flaky and brought a touch of dullness to an otherwise good experience.

Good hotel with nice buildging and very big size rooms. But it's a bit far from colva beach, around 2 km from it. Otherwise everything is good. Service is also good.

poor service staffs where good but management is very unprofessional intention is to grab money from customers in all over India there is option to keep luggages in clock room but they think that they are from different countrie so they changed me. please don't waste your money by staying in this property you will get good property in low cost. they charged me for early check in but it's ok and i understand. but keeping a luggages for a hr they charge is very brutal.
