OYO Flagship The First Hotel - Hotel in Zirakpur - S.a.s Nagar, India

This is my worst experience at any hotel till day, whole night I am struggling for sleep because due to unwanted noise like floor hitting from upper floor( it is like someone drilling whole night),rat moving and door knocking sound .

Worst hotel ever.....gym is above the hotel....gym is close late around 1 to 2 am then again open at 4 am....music and drop of dumbles ... irritates u....and staff takes extra rupees if u book hotel through Oyo.....hotel indiano is best in comparison to clean and supporting staff . Hotel indiano is near to hotel first...Do not go to the hotel first..worst hotel

Fraud Hotel Fake Photos and Profile All photos posted by hotel are fake. This hotel is as much as like a third class lodge. Stinky rooms broken furnitures dirty bathrooms poor ambience and poor facilities. Booked this hotel through MMT and it was named Fabhotel but when I arrived i didn't checked In and request MMt to change my hotel. This kind of hotels are defaming Fabhotel branch.loosing the trust of fabhotels.

The services provided at the hotel was pathetic. The room was not clean bedsheets were not cleaned. The tv was not working. Telephone was not operational. After asking them they said you come out and ask for anything it will not work. when we asked for water bottle they said it not included because you have booked it online with discount if you book it ofline than only free water bottle is available and all other serviced. Breakfast option was only paratha that too only potato and very oily. We booked a deluxe room but we're not given one as he said only one room is left but that was not the case. There was not cleanliness in the hotel. The hotel staff was very rude as if we were not paying anything to them. Bathroom were smelly and the flush was also not working properly. The room and bathroom were full of mosquitos and smelling awful. Bathroom door was broken. The room was smelly because storage room was adjuscent to our room we asked them to change it but they did not do it. And even after complaining about this things they did not take any actions. There was disturbance throughout our stay we were not able to sleep properly.

Be Alert before you book this worse place. Staff is very very rude, especially the manager with glasses and big nose of halloween is very stubborn unprofessional denied our paid booking as we came from gurdaspur to mohali all the way 300 km's. He has no sense at all, no respect for guest. We had to wait for too long with too many formalities, to get our room. Rooms are filthy with broken bed's bad smell.

Staff was not co-operative. Booked and paid the hotel from agoda but hotel owner asking for more money. Staff not let us stay untill we gave extra money there. Rude nature of the staff

First of all... All reviews are fake... There stuff create reviews with using clients name.. There's no security.. Nobody even ask where I coming from... Room's situation is disgusting... Room service worse... Food tasteless... Please look all these images then decide...

No windows in any rooms. The manager wouldnt even provide the room key and said it was lost. And he can take the guarantee of my stuff while I'm out and no need to lock the room. Asked for the change of room, no cleaning done and then making excuses for it! Really bad and unsafe experience!
