OYO Flagship Surya Residency - Hotel in Bengaluru, Meenakunte - Bengaluru Urban, India

Room - blankets smelled of cigarettes; no towels and toiletries provided. Washbasin tap was broken. Bathroom just had a dirty bucket and a mug. Service - Pathetic! arrived at 11 at night for check-in and the owner asked for additional amount before handing over the room keys. when I asked for receipt, he said I shall receive an email from OYO. Later that day, I got an email where the proprietor had cancelled my booking with reason 'no show'. He kept all the cash to himself. Location - quite away from the main road. difficult to get an Uber at mid night and if lucky, you might get an Uber during day time with a long wait time. No eateries around the building. Wi-Fi - router was kept at one end of the living room.. hardly any signal in the room inside.

We booked this hotel in december 2022. After arriving hotel owner called extra money. He is cheater. Dont book this hotel.

Service is too bad. Didn't get proper response from reception. No soap, no paste brush, no shower. They didn't provide anything. No Complimentary breakfast. We booked for 3 guests, they gave only bed for 2 people, extra bed they give for 3rd person by charging of 40% of the booking amount. So even after booking a room for 3, we had to adjust in a 2 people bed. Too bad overall, i have visited many Oyo and other rooms, but didn't regreted this much.

Nightmarish experienceIt was a nightmarish experience. The person at the reception simply refused to honour the booking. He was demanding extra money. Even though booking was made for three single beds he refused to provide the additional bed and was charging double for the room even though the rate has been decided. He refused to give the room. Finally i had to call the local police. It was an harrowing experience

had a very bad experience. when we reached the hotel. they were like rooms are filled| we can't stay there it seems. they told this around 11 pm later after arguing for 15 mins. they got us an hotel. which was very pathetic never expected such behaviors. next expected this. couldn't explain how terrible was yesterday's situation.

disappointedwe had made the pre booking of five days through site on the rate published at the site but upon reaching hotel, the manager declined to give the room at that rate and demanded double the rate against the published rate and refused to give room. since we were dead tired and no near by hotels to go we took the room in our desperate situation. we felt cheated by this hotel who offer such rates on site just to attract customers and then fool them and demand what they need.
