OYO Flagship Sri Sai Sathya Residency - Hotel in Old Perungalathur - Chengalpattu, India

Not even eligible for single star. Booked my stay through OYO. On the previous day of my stay while calling them to inform of my checkin, the person denied to give the rooms at this tariff. He started telling that i cant give you room at this tariff instead you cancel the room and book some other rooms. I asked them why should i cancel and why did you confirm my booking if you didn't want to give the rooms at this tariff. Suddenly he started abusing me and started speaking so cheap like a lofar. Very worst experience with him. People be careful before booking rooms here. PEOPLE PLEASE BOOK OTHER ROOMS INSTEAD OF THIS. SUCH A WORST AND CHEAP SERVICE. SUCH A CHEAP PERSON JUST LIKE A LOFAR

Good service and staffs.. highly recommended for calm,family stays...

Good location and parking facility too. New rooms . Recommended but cost is not same as what they are showing in OYO. Double bed room in road side location preferable. But in night time bathroom smell is over while running AC. I don't know what water are they using for AC.

Worst property please don't choose. They are not accepting online booking and demanding us cancel those and book offline where the price is doubled. Even the Owner is very rude.

rooms ok but every room do not have attached bathroom . no lift . difficult for elders. quite costilier

Never Booked this stay. This hotel is highly INSECURE. I booked through Oyo. When I went thier with family and kids. Manager asked for additional 1500. With unacceptable reasons.

Not recommended... When I visited here... No one present on reception... Also, early check in not available... I booked through fab hotel app but waste money... Very long distance from station... No transport available... Very much outside.
