OYO Flagship Seabreeze Residency - Hotel in Nonankuppam - Pondicherry, India

Worst place I have ever visited. Bathroom is not clean, AC not working properly. Service totally watse, didn't even provide water.P lease don't go here. I Booked for 2 days but checked out earlier because of worst experience. But didn't get refund too

Their prices are fake, it was shown 650 at the time of booking, but while visiting in person, the cost was increased to 1500 Note: this place is far from the French colony and heritage town.

Pathetic place. Terrible maintenance. This place is misusing Oyo marketing to get their customers and then deny check in with booked tariff. They demand more money and offer direct check in. But the cost they demand in comparison to the service offered is terrible. The place is dirty. The blankets look used. The bathroom is unhygienic. Their TV is broken and kept in the wardrobe. The room stinks. There is no proper ventilation. The only good thing about the place is the receptionist and manager Mr. Iqbal who tries to serve his level best and supports well.

I'm recently stayed in this place and the staffs are nice and polite and rooms are nice and clean

This property was advertised for 1.7k->special price 1.4k>the reception gave it for 0.8k finally. Washroom : No geyser, fine with me, but some people may have issue with that. Toilet seating place was tight for me. AC duct water outlet was falling in the bathroom: making it wet all the time. Bed: white sheet - well made, but had hair of previous occupant. Room: no space for putting luggage. Only one electrical socket working in the room, that too near the window, not near the bed. Spiders, ants, insects in the room /on the bed. One window no curtain, other window kind of no curtain; it got very bright early morning. Heavy rain Leakage from the window. Location: Auto rickshaw takes 200 from pondicherry bus station. 5 steps from the highway, very loud all night. There are no half decent restaurants around, the Hotel also doesn't have any arrangement for food. It should not be priced like this, absolutely not fair trade. Also there should be a lift, since this place has rooms on 2nd floor (I stayed on 2nd floor)

Worst place.. dont waste your money

I booked an A/C Deluxe room for 3 people a night. When I first entered into the room it is very dirty, its plug points and switches also damaged and its bathroom fittings are also damaged. The bed is just double cot. Not space enough for 3 people. Tv also damaged. And I turn on the AC, the water drops are coming out from the AC vent and fall on the tv. So I told it to the reception guy. He then ask us to move to next room. But in that room there is no lock in the bathroom. Room main lock handle also damaged. And there is no floor mat in the bathroom entrance. There is No curtain in the window. Some one can easily watch you from outside,,,,but unclear. And there is one teapoy without its glass and it is so shaky when you place something. It is 6.3 km from main area. Only chunambar boat house is near to it. Please don't take this room.. there is lot of other good rooms are available in main area of Pondicherry.

Pathetic staff.. I booked a room and made payment but by the time I reached hotel with my family they simply said "NO ROOMS AVAILABLE" that was around 10pm... I paid for Aug10th & 11th but when i reched hotel at 10th 10 pm simple answer is no rooms.... What should I do??? I went with my kids and family and started hunting for rooms at night 11pm. This hotel is worst and doesn't have customer relations and no proper staff or management
