OYO Flagship Rainbow Homestay - Hotel in Patna - Patna, India

I recently had the misfortune of staying at "OYO Flagship Rainbow Homestay, Bhutnaath, Patna" last week, and the experience left me utterly disappointed and dissatisfied. I had made a reservation and payment online well in advance, but upon my arrival, I was met with a shocking surprise. The front desk staff informed me that there were no available rooms, despite my confirmed booking. This marked the beginning of what would be an excruciatingly frustrating ordeal. The front desk staff suggested that they would "do something" about the situation and asked me to wait for an hour. During this time, their behaviour was far from professional. I was even told that I was lucky they were considering allowing me to stay, despite my prepayment online. I felt cornered and coerced into staying at their establishment due to time constraints and a lack of alternatives. After waiting for an hour and a half, I was finally provided with a room. To say that it was disappointing would be an understatement. The room was not only dirty but also unbearably noisy, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. To add insult to injury, there were no basic amenities provided. There were no towels, soap, shampoo, or even handwash in the bathroom. This lack of attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was utterly appalling. I attempted to address these issues with the room service provider, particularly the absence of basic hygiene essentials. I emphasized the importance of handwashing, especially during the ongoing health concerns. However, my concerns were blatantly ignored. It was a clear indication of the lack of care and professionalism on the part of the hotel staff. Frustrated and left with no other choice, I had to purchase these essentials myself to make the stay even remotely bearable. This experience was not only inconvenient but also showed a complete disregard for guest satisfaction. In regard to the behavior of the staff, I believe the less said, the better. Their unprofessionalism and lack of empathy were evident from the beginning of my ordeal. Such behavior only further exacerbated the already disappointing situation. In conclusion, my stay at "OYO Flagship Rainbow Homestay" was a nightmare from start to finish. The initial unavailability of a room despite a confirmed booking, the subsequent subpar room conditions, the absence of basic amenities, and the dismissive attitude of the staff have left me extremely dissatisfied. I would strongly advise against anyone considering this hotel for their stay. The experience was far from what I expected and is certainly not worth the time, money, or frustration.

Rooms are decent for the price. They put a good effort on cleanliness and though understaffed, the staffs are polite and humble. Great location, very close to the Rajendra Nagar Terminal railway station.

Very bad Experience with Oyo as well as hotel...Hotel person denying to provide rooms reason- Room charges is high as per booked charge...so need to pay extra amount. .also room AC not working properly, water facility not good, Room not cleaned ...etc... It's 2nd time with Oyo to bluff this type...

Room price per person 800 for non ac and 1200 for ac room.. Cleaniness 2.5 Staff behaviour 3.5 Wifi not working Drinking water availability is not very good Room size different

OYO provided wifi, complementary break fast etc but the following items are not provided 1) Wifi is not available 2) complimentary breakfast 3) Bedsheet is not so good 4) after Several times asking to the staff they are provided good bedsheet. 5) Dustbin box is not provided in the room. 6) In morning time after demanding tea they are served the with broken cup and dirty.

Everything is Superb. The rooms, service and the location !

Most Worst hotel of Bihar ! Rude behaviour , taking extra money 50% more than the booking price. Don't know how to treat their customers Please avoid booking this stupid hotel

Staff and owner's Good Behavior But Book From oyo he is demanding 30% extra of oyo Fare. My Fare is 2134/- but hotel Demand to me 600/- extra. I had paid 2400 hundred for 1 day. Really disappointed this Time
