The owner and staff members are very humble and helpful. Beds were cosy and the ambience was quite peaceful. The washroom conditions are also satisfactory and there is no shortage of clean water. The quality of food offered is also very good and homely. There is a bit delay in the arrival of food but that can be neglected considering the quality of food.
Went to chill with a college friend to catch up and chill. Leaking Ac's, dirty linen, moist rooms, wet walls. It's good for a quick stay. Definitely not for family stay or even decent couple stay... If you know what I mean. They try to mislead that outside food is not allowed so that you have to buy from them. We still did try their fish fry. Wasn't fresh. Won't really visi
Good rooms and nice service
It's in walking distance from Bidhan Nagar station. Within 1.2 km. Personal guest house is being used as rented rooms. Rooms are little small but it's clean. The hotel stuffs are good and well behaved. Washroom and linens are also clean. Try to avoid taking rooms in the top floor cause it's kinda open from one side.
The behaviour of the staffs of this place is which i liked very much. They were very courteous and arranged us stuff like plates and water all free. Room we got was very comfortable and affordable. The only downside is there are no nearby restaurants or outlets to go and have food. Depend on food delivery apps if you stay here.
Not perfectly maintained rooms, i was complained 3-4 times for bathroom water but they not perfectly responded. Breakfast was also not good. I was shift last day to another hotel and they provide 150% good services than this one in same cost. They need some improvement. Thank you.
Excellent working staff with coordinate nature... I am really glad to know how tight security this hotel had.. Its on too good location and in well designed residence area.. Rooms are comfortable in every way.. The restaurant had a friendly atmosphere with high class service and exceptional food.It was a pleasure to stay here. Excellent service from arrival to departure. Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean with modern furniture and with all amenities you may need. The bed was ,,King-size'' and very comfortable for sleep. Free WiFi works perfectly. The hotel restaurant had a great buffet breakfast, also provided a continental breakfast for the early departure. The staff was police, offered a great dinner suggestion. The pool and sauna facilities were amazing (which was also incuded in the room price). It is ideal after a long flight. I had a massage before departure. It was also good and reasonably priced.
Stuff behaviour is not good. The room rate is not same for all. The room quality is worst. Food quality is also not good
