OYO Flagship Oblivion Stays - Hotel in Kolkata, Kalachhara - Presidency, India

neg:- 1. this hotel don't have sufficient rooms as compared to what they show in oyo platfrom. 2. washroom shower not working properly. 3. ac not working we were facing suffocation in room. pos:- room is clean & bed is good. staff behaviour is good.

Dirty sheets and pillows. Dirty toilets. Extremely dirty room, no hygiene or cleanliness whatsoever. Non AC. Demanding extra money for better services. Cum stains everywhere no cleaning. Rude intolerant arrogant staff. Receptionist attitude is like he owns everything but looks like a chapri. Don't go unless you a chapri yourself. For me this hotel doesn't deserve 1star.

They not accept Online Booking. I booked online & when I reached their they told me that they are not accepted online booking. Then why it's showing on OYO APP?? we are just simply wasted our time , energy to reached their.

they took 300 rupees extra for providing ac room. they said that the price is showing wrong in the app. as i had no other choice i had to stay there . not only that i ordered food and i experienced the worst taste of food one could ever taste

Please do not believe oyo price they will extra charge for AC room. I have pay 900 extra rupees for AC room. I didn't get any support from oyo customer care. Their behavior is very bad for the customer.. they will rob you please never go there... This was my first and last trip to this hotel.. Those people say that this hotel is not of oyo's father I will say this to all of you, please look for any other option and do not go here.. After visiting this hotel you will not get any help from oyo customer side

Location is awesome a little bit side of the city and greenary... The room staff and reception behaviour is very good and helpful... Fooding is not so good but otherwise room and comfortness is very well...

Room was not upto the mark .staff behavior was very very bad . Totally disappointed by their staff . I had a booking by OYO because of officer I got room at low price but in booking it was that AC room ..but after that I called them after bookings and I requested them that I will come 30 mint earlier .then they told me that ..we will not give you room before timing and again they told u will get NON AC room as your booking price is low..and after that they started argument . very poor service ..I will not give them 1 star also..
