No proper approach road to hotel. Toilet seat fitted in a kitchen. No ventilation in the room. AC was not working. Intercom was not working. TV was not working. Lift was not functional.we had to carry luggage ourselves. No cleaning, no drinking water, no room service. Very bad behaviour of representative( Mr. Kiran) sitting at reception desk. Nothing was good. Very bad experience even no proper action taken by OYO customer service on reporting on 12 & 13 August.
If there would have an option for negative rating I would have done that. Don't book this hotel. The management is very stupid and the reception person threatened me asking more money. I didn't gave extra money then he threatened me to get out of the hotel or he will beat me. Complete misbehaving and unsafe hotel.
Management took extra money from me. No hot water, no AC, no television. The bed sheets were not clean.. no response to any queries.. just they were informing, talk to OYO

The room size is very small and no proper lighting . Tv also not working. They have only free channel. It is also in the outer area..
Charged over the price shown i.e., 500 extra. Unpleasant stay, poor staffing, dirty sheets and room, mattress split into two halves. Lights, fan, tap, flush not working. Unhygienic washroom, dirty towel, troublesome receptionists.
"Poor" is not exact rating for this worst guest house, something very worst than this i want to give as review. It's safe n better to spend your day or night on road side than this guest house. I don't know how OYO certified them. Everything in the rooms are broken and damaged. Staffs are extremely rude & unprofessional. No facilities are there, even i couldn't get a charging point to charge my mobile phone. I hope you all got it right.
Worst experience, plz don't book. The hotel staff forced us for a 5-star rating. Unskiled staff, not behave well, fill unsafe, room not cleaned etc.

Date-2022.The rooms were clean, bathroom was good. Rate of the rooms were reasonable. Rs900 for double bed non ac and 1200 for Triple bed non ac. The staffs are cooperative. The only problem is there is no lift.Overall a very good experience.
