Verry bad service saff also very Rute and OYo book amount not Taken I have book from OYO 600 But they take extra money 1000 vry poor

My spent days were very pleasant. The room was clean and tidy. The surroundings were good too as it was not crowded. I would like to mention the staffs there budi and Kamal both were nice and friendly with manager tijender who kept it running things smoothly and was very helpful and attentive. So the travel and stay became hassle free. Thank you guys keep the good gestural service.

The hotel staff demanded more money than the booking is showing. Even after insisting and showing the price on OYO they charged us more. Only because I went with my 3 years old kid and dont want to strain her, I paid more. The rooms are too small, bedsheet had stains. The fan was making sound. Very very small washroom. Over and above all this, we felt very unsecure in the place.

My OYO booking price was Rs510, when i went to the hotel for check-in the reception staff was asking me to pay Rs900 unless he won't give the room for accomodation. I believed OYO and reached there and they don't wanted to accept the price which OYO gave it for me. Night there was no power and in room we were sweating like anything and felt complete suffocation inside the room. We had to go to the airport at 6am morning and we had asked the hotel staff and confirmed about the availability of hot water, they promised us that the hot water will be available 24/7 unfortunately there was no hot water. Hectic experience of staying in this poor hotel.....

I stayed here for 2 days. The person at reception asked me to pay more. The price he asked for was higher than that shown while booking. Rooms are not well-ventilated. They claimed that the hot water is available for 24 hours, but on the 2nd day of my stay, hot water was not provided. Blankets and bedsheets were not clean and hygienic. The TV was not working.

I booked a room in OYO application for 560 rupees, but when I arrived at the hotel after travelling 25 KM, the hotel management demanded twice the original amount. The rooms were not up to the mark, and the service was poor. As a result, I had a bad experience and I strongly advise against booking a room in this hotel. It's essential to verify the prices and confirm with the hotel management beforehand to avoid such situations in the future.

Rooms are given according to their liking , you don't get the room you booked , my room was dirty , bedsheets and washroom was not cleaned , the reception guy asked me how much I paid and then allocated room , so the coupons given weren't even taken into consideration. The shower , ac and fan were the only good things. I didn't even get the complimentary toiletries like soap , body wash or shower gel and I thought those were the norm in all Oyo properties. Never going back there again.

Host looked at us and asked why we booked online, kept us waiting despite having rooms and a booking. Judgemental for what I do not know. Then proceeded to charge us an extra 300Rs saying Oyo does not pay them. We were too tired to argue or look for another place so stayed. Wouldn't really recommend. Rooms however were clean but AC did not have a remote. Washroom was extremely clean. Smaller than shown in pictures.
