Poor hygiene. Floor not wiped properly. Bedsheets and towel looked used. AC cannot be controlled. Half of the lights not working. No hot water. AC started leaking at midnight. Could hear rats playing above ceiling. Leak marks all over the wall corners. Sofa cushion felt like that of old bus. Unpleasant feel. Photos shown are deceptive, taken when the hotel was in good shape.

These are the best rooms for friends, families, couple,for business also .food also get there.

We booked online with full advance and no refund. Hotel says they are full and did not accommodate us. Shady place, beware! Such places bring shame to the entire city and doesn't give a warm reception to new comers like me!

Good rooms..but upset with statement.. Tht they dont provide hot water..for bathing..

Great location - situated in the heart of the city. Average breakfast - south indian only. Restaurant attached to the hotel serves mostly non veg hence vegans be aware. Rooms are clean and spacious. Room orders are supposed to be paid they don't take sign and finalise the amount during check out

No greetings at the reception. We had to carry the luggage ourselves to the room. The room smelled of cigarettes for the whole night and when we opened up the windows the smoke from the kitchen entered the room as it was right below our room (we were on 3rd floor). DTH box wasn't working, upon enquiry the staff said because it's Sunday they won't be able to get it fixed. When asked about the missing TV remote, the staffs replied with giggles. TV plug board was also loosely connected. The linen was dirty and torn at places. On the day we checked in, the bathroom tap flushed out very dirty water. Health faucet stopped working for a day and got fixed automatically on the next day. On the day we checked out, the bathroom light stopped working. No towels were provided. The manager at the restaurant had a habit of bad mouthing the customers behind their backs.

Stayed here for a night. Room was very good, however bathroom tilling work was really poor, multiple splashes of cement!! I ordered for chicken fried rice for dinner and it was very good and reasonably priced inclusive of tax and room delivery. If u dont like much spicy ensure u mention to them as i found pepper sprinkled in my rice!. Another annoying fact was there was some really noisy maintenance work going on, Despite me asking for a quiet room. However upon my mentioning it to the reception they immediately stopped it so it was good. One suggestion from me is if the receptionist would smile to customers and have some receving etiquette, it would be even better experience. Also this still requires modernization in terms of sound proof doors and electronic door locks.. But for the price its considering the location this is pretty good.

The breakfast here is one of the worst breakfasts you can get in a hotel. The place of stay is fair enough. However, the corridors had been stinking of cigarettes while we had our stay in this place. The experience could be improved a lot if a few thinga are taken care of. The location is very much accessible.
