Rooms are okay for 2 persons or with 1 kid maximum. I paid 800 rs for one night stay. But , cleanliness is not that good. Toilet was not clean. Security guards are not present in night. Car parking area limited

Rooms are nothing like what the photos are! The manager asks for more than what you pay in Oyo!

I visited when a friend stayed there , a Good lake view and a quiet place . Not sure about service. Nearer area is singanallur.

Very comfortable stay going on. Some budget restaurants nearby. The staff is practically sound and helpful. The kitchen, lobby and room is clean with a large bed and spring mattress. The only concern is no public transportation facility here till 1.5 kilometre.

worst ever experience with oyo. This place seems like it doesn't comes under oyo it's like some apartment and the manager doesn't know how to behave with customers. He charged me extra for the stay and was saying that oyo rate which I paid online is not enough for him. And the room was not worth the price that he has charged there was no hot water and water was not coming in the wash basin pipe. very disappointed and hope oyo does something to get this hotel out from their list.

Total waste of money. The toilet is not cleaned. The spring of the mattress are all out. When I called manager and asked to change the room he refused to do so and saying pay the balance amount. They are only to have money pls don't go with the picture and the high rated reviews. all reviews they are doing by their self. The worst stay I had ever. No plates no water anything all we should buy from outside. It's their responsibility to give all. Pls don't go there

I booked this stay one day before arrival and the booking is confirmed i have received the mail too. After a long travel we reached the property, it is kind of apartment and later i came to know that there is no room available for us. One person informed that it is no more attached with Oyo and another person told all the rooms are filled and finally they left us on road. Since iam having the confirmation mail with me thought of calling Oyo customer care, they informed that my booking has been cancelled by the property and they will refund the amount?! Heck Who cares. On a auspicious day with lot of marriages, most of the hotels were filled, this irresponsible act troubled us a lot. Even after several years on business still if you can't manage the booking properly it is a failure.

Lift was not working. No towels provided. Bathroom mats missing.TV was not working. Bed linen was dirty. And on top the caretaker demands minimum 900/day irrespective of oyo rates. Wondering if oyo has random checks in place.
