Rooms were not hygienic. Stains on the bed sheets clearly visible. Washroom was smelling bad and it appeared like they have not cleaned it since weeks. No towel or water bottles provided there. Service is poor, even after requesting they are reluctant to clean the washroom. Location also it's away from city center. Food okay.

Very satisfied with the service provided by the guest house. I booked four rooms for 3 days for my friends and I received no complaints from them. Thank you and i will book again in the future.

Cozy, classy yet in the budget experience. Correctly marked on google. Located inside the road just beside ICICI Bank (Saguna more) branch. It has 2 way entrance though.. Very neat, tidy rooms as well as the overall premises. Staffs are also well-bahaved professionals though without a dress code. I stayed here just for around 8 hours. Booked this through OYO for couple. Just a fresh towel was provided. Soaps were NOT provided and even a water bottle is NOT complimentary. I did not use wifi and restaurant service...so no comments on that. Lift facility is provided in the building. AC was good, electricty backup is present. Geyser, a pair of slippers, an electric kettle, room service, a food menu, a television, a cupboard, a mosquito repellent plugged-in & a landline is available in the room. Check-in and Check-out was also smooth and contact-less Initially I was worried regarding the cleanliness but later I was impressed with the cleanliness maintained by them. I would definitely consider visiting here whenever required...

Its 1.30 am on 23.04.22, I had booked AC rooms, but in night no ac is working. The responce from Sharma Ji is that when light will come, AC will work . If it is so, why we should pay for AC rooms , this is simply cheating. All the hotels have power back up , except this. Waste of money

Pathetic service. I did book this hotel in advance for my Patna travel. First thing the manager in the counter say when I arrived was we don't have room. They didn't even have the courtesy to inform in advance. Apparently he don't want to pay OYO the commission, he is using their platform as a marketing tool. I had to shift to a near by hotel just after check in.

DON'T VIST HERE .hotel staff Behaviour is soo bad. They want you to pay in cash, if don't they will treat you like u r living in lodge without paying anything. The rooms are not properly cleaned. they don't provide you any facilities.In these pandemic times they didn't even provided bathroom kit. In oyo they marked they give complementary breakfast but in real they are fooling oyo and customer.. very bad experience....

I would be thankful to the concerned management of this hotel. They are really polite and professional, they are well suited and understand sentiment. The manager of this hotel is so good and polite. The location is near Shaguna More which is quite good location, very near to , Patliputra Stations but a bit far from Patna. Hotel is newly built with a impeccable infrastructure, feeling, maintainance and the way they serve is non matching till now. Rooms are big and so astonishing. Lightning are perfect and I haven't found any flaws there. Just thanks to the hotel owner and their management employees.....

Pathetic service. Power cut was there and the Guest house doesn't even have Power backup or Generator. Hotel staff is very ill mannered. This guest house doesn't even deserve 1 star.
