Worst room service I had ever seen.....no facility, no necessary accessories in room bad experience. I suggested visit kalawati palace only suitable for one night stand

No cleaning at all bathrooms are weird and rooms smells bad

No AC in room even though AC was mentioned on OYO App, very unhygienic room and washroom, cockroach in washroom and there was not even a light bulb in washroom. Owner was very rude and told us to complain to OYO when we asked them about AC. Even No water bottle was provided in the room. Bedsheet was dirty and had stains on it.

I loved it. Superb services as well as rooms. Just visit atleast once. Staffs are amicable and available at any time whenever you need.

We spent two nights and one day. All facilities provided by the hotel are absolutely great. If talk about safety and security or privacy then I will rate it 5/5. It feels just like your own family. Thank you KALAWATI Palace

Pathetic and most unhygienic place, staff is rude, not at all suggested to families, it's more of a street lovers point. Horrific experience. I am still shocked with the way staff spoke to me and my husband. Never have i experienced such uncivilized behaviour in my life.

This is one of the worst hotel you will find in lucknow city. As this hotel is situated in the outer peripheries of Lucknow, it is a save haven for road side Romeo and Juliet. Come and book it for 1 hour and so. Even you will find used condoms scattered here and there. Completely unhygienic hotel and pathetic room service, you wont.even get a cup of tea. Not recommended for family stay. Apart from this, this hotel is haunted as well. A girl was found hanging in the room. Her body kept hanging for days and decomposed. It was discovered only when some random guy opened the door to clean the room. You can ask about it the hotel staff or just google it.

I think oyo should shut this place, here service is so bad, no facility provided here which were mention at the time of booking this hotel from oyo app. No dining facility available here. Tv is there but not working, no hot water facility available. They just have one Emerson rod which they circulate to others turn by turn. Lift is there but not working, no wall hanger in any room to hang your clothes, Only a night worker named Rohit goswami was good there who tried to help. Otherwise its a worst place to stay.
