OYO Flagship India Gate - Hotel in Thoraipakkam - Chennai, India

Do not go to this hotel. It is like abandoned place. Mattresses' spring comes out in nearly 6 places and got my legs punctured when i sat on bed. Toilet sink dances. Dungen and stinky room. One good is TV with internet connection. Enjoy YouTube. Verandas with broken sofas. Steps and verandas poorly lit. Worsthotel i have ever stayed. Even local mansions are better than this hotel.

Bedsheets are not well . But the room is clean and have a smart tv with wifi connected. We can watch movies or any YouTube content there .

Worst hotel I've ever visited the bedsheets and all full of stains the bedsheets were like they brought them from some drainage full of blood marks n all it's only for who prefer Juz for one hour like that this hotel is not for good people

Worst experience! My friend booked this hotel by looking at the images... But when we went there it was so disappointing for us. The room spray smell was very hard such that the room was like submerged with spray alone. The service they gave was very poor. We were asking them to change the bedsheets as they were stained. They said yes will do... But waited for hours nobody changed. Really this kinda place is not suitable for family and friends. Maybe it would suit for bachelor boys. The images are totally fake. Don't expect them to be the same as it is.

Booked through Agoda, was rejected a room saying they didn't receive the confirmation ! Anyways The rooms had bed bugs running all around.

I've paid for a room here already and they have given that room to someone else. The worst thing somebody can face when it's a tough day. They gave me a temporary room and it sucks. Next morning I've checked the other room and every bathrooms really stinks and it's dirty over there. Another bad experience I've had was they've asked me for 200Rs extra even though I've paid total amount including for the morning breakfast. And later I've come to know that they never serve breakfast. I'm done with OYO rooms. Never OYO again.

This was one of the worst stay I ever had. Never ever plan to stay here. waste of money and time. No staff assistance, No proper electrical units, No fan, stinky rooms and whatever you expect it wont be there. At least there was a bed and that too covered with dirt. Thank God, I got offer through OYO, otherwise I would have paid double the amount for this hole.

I booked OYO for the first time for 3 nights checking the images online and price was too high compared to the accommodation. Worst to the core, I regret booking it. The staffs are very stupid and non responsive. The rooms are worst with stain bed sheets and pillow covers. They don't even change the covers even after requesting and even if they change they bring stain covers again. Very poor service and very high price. I would definitely prefer a 3 start hotels at this rate. And also don't book it through OYO app because the rates shown on app is partial. Don't pay before checking the property personally my suggestion to all readers.
