OYO Flagship Hotel Sunil Residency - Hotel in Bengaluru - default, India

Situation in a very decent location. One of the worst maintained hotels.. just in the entrance of the hotel, the manager of the lodge has spat everywhere with Pan. Yuck yuck yuck.. and in-house service..let's not talk about it.. worst..

Very worst service. Management is not cooperating and worst. They don't have drinking facility. I have lost mobile infront of this place and are not cooperative to find it. And management is very rude.

It's located in prime sector of bangalore for visitors without preferring inhouse food cause that's not there here but hotels nearby give door service greenery is good. Easy for visitors to catch a metro to local spots.staff well mannered and helpful

I had the worst experience in this place. AC is not working, geyser is not working, TV is not working etc. Even the basic amenities like washer for toilet is not working. Whenever you ask them about this an idiotic boy will just say not available.They don't even have drinking water facility in the hotel. If you book a reservation in this hotel it will be your Worst nightmare. Staying at railway station dormitory would be 100 times better than this hotel.

All the reviews given only when the building was run by OYO Corporate. But now all run by owner itself.

They'll treat you as if they are giving the rooms for free , the front desk staff was extremely rude and doesn't know the basic manners to handle a customer. The worst hotel experience i ever had. If you wanna lose your self respect and waste your time you can surely visit this hotel . And if your not able to provide the rooms for the price offered by Oyo , you shouldn't be in link with oyo. Cheap staff and service .

The staffs have some attitude problem. They are very unpleasant. The room was ok. I only stayed in the room for about 1hr during my visit. The room was poorly lit. There were 4 lights and only 2 of them worked which were very dull. There was hot water which is good but no soap was provided.

I had recently stayed here with my parents to attend a function nearby.There were a lot of issues in the hotel rooms. Firstly, the rooms they gave us was unhygienic and the staff was rude and not helpful in anyway. I had asked him for towels and soap(which are the basic things that should be there in a hotel room), he told me that the laundry has not yet arrived and cannot be given until next morning 11am. Also, there was no hot water(even when I asked for it), no drinking water and also the TV was not working. Further, the front door was not working properly and spray in the toilet had no holder ( was just left lying down on the floor) as seen on the photos below. This was one of the worst hotel that I have stayed in which also had the worst customer service. Will never recommend this hotel to any one.
