OYO Flagship Hotel Shri Chaitra - Hotel in Mansoorabad, Hyderabad - Ranga Reddy, India

This hotel doesn't exist now. It's closed two months back.

I stayed for 2 days ... 1. Ac remote is not working, ac will cool the room very slowly. 2. I booked in Oyo just by seeing pics ...I booked saver room ..but room is too small ..Oyo did not showcased this room. 3. The corridor is of foul smell(cigarette) .I observed in 2 days. 4.staff is fine. No problem. 5. Bathroom is soo small were u can't even stretch your hands 6. Parking is good . 7. Room service available. 8. Tv and heater is working. 9. Check in and check out process is very easy. 10. For cleaning or room keeping .we should call them otherwise they won't come untill u vacate Anyway finally 3/5 hotel .. nothing spl ..u can select it for short stays.. don't select saver room ..bz in cost their is just 200 rs gap but in reality .they is a lot of gap in room size ..in Oyo u won't see this room picture . ..good place to stay at that price.

The worst hotel ever I've seen in my life. The guy at reception was impolite and threatened us to checkout early. On the date of Checkin I called the property manger just to make sure the room is ready for us. But he said they are not allowing people through online bookings. Then I contacted oyo customer care, after around 30 mins of discussion between customer care, property manager and I, finally he accepted to provide us a room. But after reaching hotel, the guy at reception said that there are no rooms available. I was shocked and called the property manager but he didn't answer my calls. After around 45 mins someone has checked out and they gave us that room. They didn't even change the bed linen, no towels provided, geyser was not working, AC was not working, bad smell all over the room & bathroom, lot of stains all over the walls of the room. I also observed that the major business of this hotel is allowing illegal activities. I noticed few people came for just 1 or 2 hours on bike without any luggage. During mid night of our stay, few people were shouting at the reception and when I went there, i came to know that, they also booked through online, they came with family and the guy at the reception said that no rooms are available. This is pathetic, if they are not accepting online bookings, why is it listed online. They should remove it from online. If they get booking they should inform the customer saying they won't allow online bookings.

The hotel is newly constructed and look and feel wise it's good. I have booked a saver room which is smaller than usual and the bathroom is also smaller. Otherwise everything is good. No disturbance at all. Snacks amd food availbale left and right to the hotel.

Very bad experience dont select this type of rooms oyo reputation bad.

Reasonably good quality hotel. Only first floor in actual use. Reasonably good cleaning even if there is still room for improvement. Toilet paper seems uncommon feature. Staff deserves the top ranking: super helpful and available.

Worst hotel experience of my entire life! Would not recommend anyone to take this hotel! The guy in the reception is very impolite, unprofessional and apathetic! I've booked a hotel room for my uncle who is an elderly person and overlooked the check-in time of 12pm(probably some new oyo check-in timings) and my uncle was there by 11:35pm. I requested the guy in the reception to see if there was any possibility to let my uncle check-in half an hour earlier for which the receptionist gave me the most absurd reply I've ever heard from any hotel staff and I was asked to pay for 500 rupees extra... And then he goes on to reject my admission into the hotel in a very rude manner! If there waa s chance I would've given 0 stars for this hotel.

it is very good to stay to the candidates attending online exam. But water leakage from two taps should be arrested and revamping of walls to be taken early
