Worst response from the staff even after pre-booking the rooms from the Oyo , on reaching the site the staff informs that there are no rooms available. But eventually offer me to arrange a different room in the same hotel at different rate. Just a scam to loot your money both online Oyo booking and offline payment. And the location is in the worst possible you can imagine. very badly maintained.

The hotel is at some 5 km from Bhopal Junction. Is suitable for a short stay but if you are looking to have an open space, a balcony, and something tgat is really worth your investment, you better find some other place. The staff was courteous, I didn't have any issues apart from one that they don't have a provision for heated water. Overall, it was average. Can still improve.

Not Good to Stay, Just because of Difference between what OYO Facilities offers at certain price and what Hotel offers, Less than OYO promise, when You reach there for check-in. Owner said, We cant give you AC at this cost. I told, When You are not Happy with OYO pricing. Don't work with OYO. Then He said, I don't want to OYO and OYO is behind me to work with. When I called OYO, They said, AC Facility is not included in the booking. My Point is When AC was not included in the booking, Why owner of Hotel said in his first statement that we can't give You AC at this price. Apart from this , Rest all was Ok

Pathetic response from the hotel owner, if you are booking the hotel by online means then stop yourself there coz they not gonna give the entry in their premises as via online you get some very cheap deals, just what happened with me, in midnight I reached Bhopal and they locked their front door/channel/entrance and switched off their cellphones. After struggling an hour I booked the other property. This is what they do to their costumers. I strongly recommend to black list this hotels on all the sites (oyo rooms, make my trip etc). So that no one can suffer like what I have been through last night

Worst hotel service i have ever seen. Owner of the hotel is not good. He talks aggresive and use abusive language. He also say that he will not return your ids. According t me, never go there for a single night to stay. AC doesn't work properly.

Worst place to check in. After long day work, was denied check-in. Reason : Payment mode was Online Transition. Also, room quality not good. Bed and bathrooms are dirty as well.

Worst place, never take a room here this is my honest advice. Rooms are filthy(beds and bathroom) and the worst room service.Find better rooms around! Room water was muddy and lot of insects and worms.
