Worst hotel experienced ever. Hotel owner , manager is rude Hotel didnot accept prepaid bookings Hotel charges extra compared to online web site charges Hotel also didnot provide bill also . Personally want to give 0 rating only.

Please read this before you book. No service is properly available. No staff to help. No food or restaurant or even water in that case. No dust bins. Fans and AC don't work. Fungus literally on all the curtains. Please visit Pantry room if you happen to stay here. God it's worse than a public toilet. No cab or auto service available. Washrooms aren't clean. Dust on the beds. They are black in colour. Fell sick after checking out so took rest on sofa and apparently that's also a issue for them. I get it pandemic happened but please at least clean it properly or don't provide any services at all. Waste of money not worth it. Manager has one reply for everything, lockdown. This hotel has to shut . He Doesn't really know how to handle. Seems like they just care about money. Please Book somewhere else as you'll get way better rooms with very much better services at very cheaper prices. Never staying here again.

Had wonderful experience in this hotel. Staffs working here are some of the nicest people. they are always ready to help with almost anything. Right from check in till check out experience was butter smooth. Perfect place to stay if you are here to visit sai baba temple they will arrange car service for Free to and from !!! Thank you sai sakha team for making our trip a memorable one.

Well i stayed here on 23rd Dec for one night, we were 2 couple. Oyo representative over the call told me we will be able to extend our stay for atleast 5-6 hours since we were checking atleast 14 hours late. But this request was denied when we reached the hotel at 3 AM (early morning on 24th Dec). Issues faced: 1. We were charges for the water bottles 2. AC remote was not working 3. No wifi 4. No bath towels were provided 5. Hotel manager was extremely rude. 6. The rooms were cheap but it was dirty as hell. 7. There was very bad damp smell from the rooms. 8. Hotel manager and staff hardly bothered about the experience all they wanted is good rating on oyo. 9. The chair was beoken 10. No soap, toothbrush etc. The hotel was cheap but it wasnt a pleasant experience.

The rooms were so stinky and full of dust...toilet was even not cleaned properly..we object another room was given which had no keys and few hr later they asked to change the room. They provide pick and drop service to temple this is good option if you don't want to walk about 1 km however if you are visiting first time be sure not to buy any Prasad and puja saman etc from their stall near mandir where they drop u. They charge excessive high(740Rs) and some of which are not used in puja u will later regret. Better to buy simple Rose and loose prasad from other shop for darsan. Free biometric based pass are must to enter the Mandir and morning time as early as possible is good for darshan.

A good hotel to be staying at while visiting the Shirdi temple. Hot water takes atleast 10-15 minutes to flow down. The lift is frustrating to close. And apart from that the rooms are nice, though not roomy. The bathrooms have full glass ceiling, no idea why. The dinner at this place is something to look forward to. Sumptuous and tasty feast. Good and warm receptionists too. Another pro is that they service a small vehicle to n fro the temple for those lazy to walk a 900m

Except for water (I had to purchase Mineral Water from the reception for Rs 20 for a litre) everything else was great. Hot water facilities were fine. Free transportation as usually provided to other guests was not available around this time as the driver was on vacation, but it was not a setback. Location is around 10 mins from Gate 3 of the Temple premises so it was okay. Restaurants were available nearby as well.
