OYO Flagship Hotel Royal Villa - Hotel in Prayagraj, Dadanpur - Prayagraj, India

They completely spoil my day, I booked and went to check-in and they were like If you wish to check-in you will have to pay almost the same amount again as the booking shows you have paid least tariff. They refused the online booking and later cancelled when I denied to pay any extra amount on top of full online payment. They found new ways to bring customer to the hotel and ask for extra amount. #Fraud #Cheater #unprofessional #OYO #Scam #oyopartnerscam

The worst hotel i have stayed since last 10 year. The property manager is so cheap minded that he asked for extra money if u have booked through online application. And seevices are so worst that every customer is abusing at reception for their dinner and breakfast. I stayed for 2 days and i observed it. They checkout of their customer according to their room requirements without any information or notice. Property manager only know to extract money from customer. I will never suggest any one for check-in in this hotel...

they are scammer' they would not accept the booking what you have made from OYO app at good price 850Rs. Hotel manager will ask for extra money when you are at the reception because he thinks customer got stucked and he can ask for anything any amount. Don't book this hotel

HIGH ALERT - THIS IS A FAKE AND FRAUD HOTEL LISTED BY OYO' LOOTING PEOPLE HARD EARN MONEY. A VERY YOUNG GUY WHO WAS ON THE COUNTER DENIED FOR THE CHECK IN DESPITE HAVING THE BOOKING CONFIRMATION FROM OYO APP. I WAS CHARGED EXTRA 1500 RUPEES + OYO ALSO CHARGE WHAT WE PAID AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. They said OYO would refund the amount after check out but when we discussed they said there is no policy as such and Hotel guy made customer fool.

Never trust this Hotel even if Book by OYO or any other website's as they are biggest fraud and trained people to insult the customer even in front of his family. They says how anyone can given hotel room at 800/- only' when We had booked online after all discount and offers. They charged 1400 Rs extra for a night and misbehaved too for everything.

They are big-time Scammers! They made their relatives write fake 5* reviews for them after my review was published. DON'T GO BY OYO APP REVIEWS as they take phones of customers at the time of check-in and themselves give 5* star rating. All those 5* ratings on Oyo App are fake. They are listed on Oyo as 'Capital O' but they lack even basic infrastructure.Their door-knobs are all faulty.You can't lock the bathroom from inside.They put AC in room which was not working at all and room & bed mattress was heating like hell due to hotel being located on Top floor..I couldn't survive the heat in room and had to Spend spend night waken up in the reception & corridor..& if you complaint to manager be will ask you to forcefully check-out. They took full payment in advance for an AC room and I had to face all of this even after this.

don't recommend this hotel at all' big scammer as don't have the manner and ethics to deal with clients. As Hotel manager said' JAAO JAA KR DAAL DO REVIEW JOA KRNA H KRO BUT OYO SE BOOK KIYA HUA BOOKING ACCEPT NHI KARUNGA. AGAR BOOKING CHAHIYE TOA OR EXTRA 1500rs PAY KRNA HOGA. I got late for my work and also paid an extra amount for Cab to another Hotel'

My Mom i went for the check in since i saw the good rating on google and best price but FACT IS ALL FAKE REVIEWS ARE GIVEN 5* . they don't deserve single star for their dishonesty and service. Charged double amount for worst room and didn't refund the amount even.
