The condition of room at ground floor was too bad to stay and AC was not working. The speed of fan was also slow. Maintenance was poor and staff were not customer friendly. I had a bad experience overthere that they asked for extra money even though I made prepaid. I don't want to recommend other people to stay there.
I already pay full amount through oyo before reaching the hotel. But hotel staff charges extra500/-. Otherwise they can't provide me a room..

Really disgusting, they say something reality is something different, room booked for my elderly parents, after arriving hotel manager charge them nearly double. Flight was early morning. They had no choice. Pathetic service, stay away from these scams.
Worst place to stay. I stayed there for 1 day, I booked this hotel using oyo and i paid around on OYO platform. While doing checkIn they first didn't opened the gate and opening the receptionist abused and asked for more 500 rupees. Please do not book using OYO. These people do not care about oyo and will deny everything when you complain at OYO.

The hotel is average in terms of everything. It is just that it is priced on the lower side, but that is again overcome by the fact that it is situated too outside the city. Commuting to any tourist area in Kolkata is a huge pain from this area, so keep this in mind if you are going to tour the city. The cleanliness is decent, and the rooms are decent as well, but not as good as shown in the pictures, so don't blindly follow the pictures. The service, however, was pathetic especially food & drinks, as they directly told that any order would take at least 45-60 min. Also, we had to request each required item multiple times before we actually got it. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay, but do consider the drawbacks before booking a room here.
