OYO Flagship Hotel Kiara Inn Near ISKCON Temple Noida - Hotel in Noida - Gautam Buddha Nagar, India

It was very terrible experience in Hotel Kiara Inn, stale food served, no drinking water, AC is not working, trouble with Wi-Fi, dirty rooms very unhygienic, there was no water in washroom, staff behavior was very rude and not cooperative. A person who runs the hotel was asking me for extra money, however I had already paid and his behavior was very bad and seemed like fraud and lier and did not accept his mistake. Overall very worst experience so far and will never ever stay such type of cheap hotel and cheap people. I suggest people don't stay there, you will be repent. It is better to look some other good OYO hotel.

It's a ok ok hotel. The temperature control was not good on a hot summer day. Food was ok ok. Nothing outstanding. Serving purpose for the localised..

Pathetic service , rude staff They are least bothered about your privacy , your guests , Had booked half of the hotel for my family , but it was a horrible experience Had to literally run behind staff to get meals which actually I was paying off for , no proper water no proper kitchen , no proper staffing infact promoted child labour too And best part is the person who is running the hotel , he just have one thing to say and that is what ever happened haven't done intentionally that's all . Not ready to accept his mistakes too

Cheap but still not up to the mark. The staff is helpful. But they don't keep the rooms clean. There wasn't any water in the washroom in the morning, however there was water in other rooms. The staff opened another room for me to use. Also guided me to the nearby metro station. Someone kept knocking at the door in the middle of the night. Overall, can be improved by simple things like basic hygiene.

I was staying there for 2 days. Firstly it's difficult to find the hotel as they don't put any sign board or hording, I asked in charge about that, got reply that it is not allowed to put a Oyo board as per RWA norm. Pros: 1. Stay was cheaper. 2. Attendent treated us well Cons: 1. Room was not cleaned and arranged. 2. Shower was not working. 3. Lots of cigarettes filter thrown in balcony. 4. No room for water, we had to fill from dispenser self.

We had booked hotel kiara inn for my brother's haldi & sangeet ceremony(19th Nov 2021). The agreement was for below services: lunch,evening tea & coffee,dinner, packed breakfast boxes,decoration,dj,7rooms for a day (check out on 20th Nov 2021 morning 8am). From the above services we had faced below problems: 1) food was cold, not properly cooked, tasteless and pathetic. 2)Coffee was not served. 3)packed breakfast boxes had only half of the agreed things. 4)agreement was to pay per person charges but we were forced to pay per plate charges at the last moment, We were not informed to count the plates and randomly 125 plates were told to us where as we were only 85 people. We had to face lot of social defamation due to hotel's bad arrangement. Please don't opt this hotel for your precious functions.

Did a get together of BMF buddies - gathering of about 50 people. Although the place is good, the maintenance needs lots of work. The bathrooms were bot in good condition, service levels were low.
