Location is good in kanpur, as it is in main market and area is hygienic, the hotel is good for couples where there is no disturbance, rooms are clean except the almirah, and won't say it's too good, but affordable rooms and good place, I was charged INR 1350/per day

The room was smelly and bad.... The boy on the counter Asked for extra money. But the owner was good.... Helpful and supportive that's why 3 star otherwise 1

This is okay type hotel here you can take a rest of you have not more money means it is low budget hotel.In this market all the things are good but old and low quality things are mostly available.you want to take some special things then you have to come some distance which is a minor point otherwise overall all the things are very good. I again say that if you have less money then stay here.

I have booked this hotel through oyo on 13 may to 14 may 2023 at 915. When i reached the property they will charge 1350 and the said they don't accept booking via oyo. And then they will provide me the room which is very dirty and small without any balcony . They said if you want balcony atteched you have to pay 1750. When i checked out they don't give me the payment receipt. They said you have oyo booking. So i ll not provide you the payment slip. So i have very bad experience. If you go via oyo don't book.

I would advise against booking this hotel. The extra charges and poor quality of the room were unacceptable and made my stay very unpleasant. It is not worth the hassle and disappointment

I booked hotel room in Rs 746 and paid the amount and when I called hotel the reception guy told that they can not offer room below Rs 1350 and when I discussed with the same with Oyo helpline nos. Then I had words with Mr Asif , Asifa and instead of helping the same they are not having courtesy how to talk to the customers.Its very pathetic services i have ever experienced with Oyo in my life so far as I have waited for 2 hours so that my issue gets resolved and at the end i wend to hotel and paid additional Rs 604 and get the room.This is something Oyo needs to be taken care of and proper liasion with hotels so that such kind of issues won't face in future.

Manager takes Rs.400/- extra and denied for the bill Oyo help desk ask for the bill to refund even they are on call when the person denied. I have already shared the online payment details to Oyo but they are not bothered for retrun Sanitation is highly bad after check-in they take 2hrs to provide the towel. Hotel is full of suspicious activities you feel unsafe. We don't recommend this hotel as well as Oyo app. As Oyo is also helpless they are just making money they are less worried about customers.
