Pathetic service from Oyo they book room at 12:00 am and hotel was closed i request to hotel staff that I have already booked my room but they do not open the door and when it was 2:45 am at night i decided to sleep in the local park they harrassing me I am going to file case on Oyo I have all proofs of booking and payment details and also closed hotel pics
Don't stay in this Hotel!!! Very BAD EXPERIENCE. No Cleaning. Insect killing Terminate smell 24hr from room. No space for seating & no space in Bathroom. Bed sheet is very bad. No towel & No Drinking water!!!
There is no any lock inside the room and also no any ventilation. Room condition is normal.and I m book AC room but they provided us non AC room. Inside the room no any exhaust is available so we got suffocation there.when I m ask him for AC room because I booked it, they say in this price only non AC rooms are available. But this is not my fault I got offer on OYO then I decided to book that room. But this is too much wrong.i did want to gives a single star. Because they did not deserve it..
