Rooms are neat and clean but asked for towel and they didn't have. For toilet soap I asked 2-3 times then they gave. I communicated in night that my check out will be early morning on 6.00 am. But in the morning there were no one available on reception. Contacted to the owner but he didn't respond properly and didn't give the GST Invoice as I had communicated already when I was checking in.. and they outsource the food and that is very bad quality. Overall service is very bad.
Never Book this hotel friends. If you have booked cancel it immediately. These guys are fraud. They do not honor online booking. They are very harsh and not considerate. They escalate prices just beaware and stay away!!!! I would have given 0 star
We were there, just to have a place to relax during the day while attending a wedding that had events from morning to midnight and for that it met our purposes. They seem to be having some issues with oyo, direct booking seems to be the way to go.
Worst service. They won't give water bottle and towel. Rude staff and unsafe place to stay. After staying here, I lose confidence in OYO.
Hotel is okay to stay. In agoda it mentions including breakfast but they won't't provide... don't expect any! Hot water needs to be intimated unless you won't get!! Beds need to be cleaner!! Rest all okay
good hotel and clean rooms ...but location should be far from city....yes if u have vehicle yes but ...if not nhaveperefable....be as its very much far from bus station and railway station
Room is ok. But room service here is worst and you will not even get water. They have one locked fridge in reception full of water bottle, but I don't know about the purpose of that.
