Unhygienic room, Unhygienic washroom, television not work properly, very bad condition of air conditioner., dirty room. Not cooperative staff...management was hilarious....verry bad experience.. i suggested every one plz don't go. And one thing most it should not take a charge than shown in oyo website.. I booked my oyo at 546 rupees something bt it not allow to check then, he demands to pay 1000 fraud scam

Service and room all things is not good . They are taking high price rent but room provide very low. I advice please don't go there .you will get better in other hotel.

Worst Hotel in Lucknow. Trust me. Please don't book it. Just book any other hotel if you don't want to spoil your trip. Ritesh manager at the reception doesn't know how to talk. Abusive language, rude and will mentally torture you. Time wasted, financial loss.

Worst Hotel in my life. I suggest nobody book this hotel. I booked it 15 days before with full facility. But it provide nothing, No wifi, No breakfast. I was pay for every facility in advance. Unprofessional staff. They provide tap filled water bottle. When I say him about this they reply "If you don't like leave it but your money was not returned. You should do complain. You don't pay us you pay online." Very bad staff. They don't know how to deal customers. I pay for standard double room but they provide saver room just look like a store room. Money is everything for this hotel. If you pay in advance they will show you worst behavior. They charge money for every service. I show them. I already pay for this they say you don't pay us u pay online. They don't give any benifits. *Never book this Hotel* Never Book Never

I was reading the comments given by customers to the hotel. Maximum has given 1 only, because there is no provision to provide less than 1, if it was possible I could have given minus(-) 1crore and maximum if possible. Why, I was travelling to lucknow and I was supposed to reach at 0300 hrs to Lucknow on 2nd June. so, I booked hotel at 2130 hrs on 1st June from Goibibo avoiding my self from searching hotel in early morning.I paid the amount fully by online and received confirmation from Goibibo and oyo for the same. When I reached hotel in early morning, the manager denied me checkin in hotel. "Room nhi hai, kisi aur ko de dia. You are late for check-in, standard time is 1200 hrs. Itne paiso me yaha kamra nhi milta. Jao yaha se aur koi hotel dundh lo. Goibibo se baat kar lena. You will get refunded." I talked to oyo customer care for the same but there was no solution. They were providing hotels which was 8 km from the hotel. When I paid all amount in advance , what time I should reach premises, what is issue in it. if I have got confirmation from Goibibo and oyo, how can they denied for check-in. I was amazed by so great service and felt every type of award and awful situation at that moment of the time. Mentally harassment. . Third degree service given by any service sector in whole life.

This OYO 8074 Hotel G 9 has brought lot of frustrations to me and to my team members. This Hotel is full of unprofessional staffs. We denied to check-in after watching the room conditions and reviews from guests already present there. It is a dirty hotel with small rooms and foul smelling bedsheets, pillows, curtains, towels. Totally unhygenic atmosphere, I must say. We were shifted to another Hotel after long discussion with OYO team and team have already apologized for such inconvenience caused. And believe me it could be a nightmare thinking how could we people would stay there in that pathetic conditions. I guess, OYO team is overlooking reviews available in internet for this particular hotel. A OYO rating 4.4 is nothing but a forcefully multiplicative overrated rating achieved by the hotel staffs by the way of pressuring its guests. I wish I could have rated in minus digits... OYO team, do you sincerely think this hotel should be in your list???

The room was a third class creepy looking place. Felt like the typical red light kinda hotels shown in film. No windows. Pathetic bathroom. Worst. Couldn't stay for a second more. The owner was also refusing to take the booking through oyo and was asking cash instead.

Rooms were small, less hygienic and bad odour, Bedsheets and cushion covers, pillow everything torn. No RO water & water bottle available there. TV was dismantle no DTH recharge in tv, fans were very dirty. Overall all bad experience
