OYO Flagship Hotel Four Season - Hotel in Jodhpur - Jodhpur, India

Pathetic experience. We stayed there becoz we already made payment while bookingand we reached there at 2AM in night so we didn't have any option left. We have booked 2 room after seeing pics but the place was nothing like that. Renovation work was going on there, don't know why they took booking at that time. Paint boxes were there in front of our room and paint smell was everywhere. See pics attached. The room and bathroom were dirty, they didn't flush the toilet when it was shown to us. The room was too small in size, very conjusted. There was a single window in the room that too opens in the corridors, outside voices were coming. The person who was there in night was good but the one who was there in morning was not at all helpful. Someone locked our door from outside in the morning. We have booked one room for 1500, which was not worth more than 500. We had very bad experience, won't recommend this place to anyone. Be aware of the positive reviews and pics available for this hotel. Pics looks like oyo standards but the hotel was nothing like that.

The worst accommodation experience in India so far! Staff is generally nice and tried their best to explain the bathroom heater switch, but the entire room hygiene and cleanliness are extremely disappointing; blood and dirt - stained pillow can be spotted while the hot shower is only available for the tape! Worse still, a small mice was found outsider the room and trash smell was filled in the bathroom at night, please do improve the about situation to maintain business, thanks!

its low cost lodge kindoff 1. They claim its near station and it is but if u r having luggage then u have to take auto..u have to walk may b 700 m. 2. I got Saver double x - Very small room ..flooring was bad, Bed was good..there is AC ( dont know if its working ), TV is working with all free channels which u dont want to see. there is water heater in place but problem is that u have beg for towels ..our checkin was 12 noon but still nothing was in place..we have to ask for towers 10 times ..towels were dirty so we asked them to change it..which they did same thing with bathing kit ..we asked for ..they r not giving pro actively. Cammode was dirty and the water spray was for name sake attached as soon u hold them to use..u will entire pipe and spray in ur hand ....so use Jar and water to wash ur self SUPRISE RATS in OYO room and lot of mosquitoes.. for rats i have video wherein I have to shout at them to remove it ..staff got engaged in removing it still Manager was not worried atall and claimed there is no rat inspiting of seeing it by self and later told this rat doesnot harm and it keep running within th room. Staff is good but if u leave bed and bathing accessories its not worth taking this room but staff was good and manager was arrogant. small room toilets are bad RATS and Mosquitoes in room.

Prime location, Good rooms with supportive staff. but wifi & tv were not working at the time of my stay. otherwise overall Good experience with the hotel

Very poor service. Washroom not working properly. Rooms are very dirty. No TV no Wi-Fi. No food very very bad. Never visit again.

Location wise it is a good place, have convenience of all type of transport. It is surrounded by market for shopping & eateries. Rooms are clean and good for sales people.
