OYO Flagship Hotel Digantika - Hotel in Balugaon - Khordha, India

had an awful experience at this hotel. The staff's behavior was very bad, and the cost was unreasonably high. Moreover, the bathrooms were not clean at all. I wouldn't recommend staying here. One star.

Worst , horrible stay it was.We book hotels seeing your name attached with the hotels. Though the hotel looks good from outside, it is all dirty inside. More than that there is zero professionalism there. We had booked for a night halt as we had to travel early in the morning to our next destination. It ruined all the fun we gathered in Chilika. We had booked for two double beded room Non AC , and as we got them in two different floors we chose for an alternative accommodation of 4 Beded room and a single bed room along with it in the same price. (1) The room was very dirty and has no resemblance with the pic shown in the website. Toilet was dirty too. There was just a single 9W Led bulb for the whole big room. The old TV set did not have channels to watch. (2) The hotel was very noisy, till late night people were heard to be shouting. (3) Bedsheets were dirty. We asked them to change with clean ones. It took more than 45 minutes to change them after repeated reminders over Phone (No intercom facilities) and personal visit to reception several times. What we got after this was not satisfactory too. In the late in the night a hotel staff knocked our door asking whether we had called for water. Horrible experience it was. I don't recommend any one to stay in this hotel. No. It cannot be termed as a family hotel. Horrible experience.

Lil far away from R. station.. had great view and services was nice and friendly... Seems costly for the infra and location... sharing view from room

Nice Rooms, they had allotted spacious room to me, Decent service, Good things is they are having Restaurant services for Rooms also. Good for Business oriental as near to Main market.

Good place near chilla lake. Has inbuilt multicuisine restaurant.
