Never books this hotel through OYO, oyo app amounts and hotel amount is different. When i booked this hotel through OYO and its confirmed, its a online payment. After that i got a call from hotel the amount is not in the app the amount is increased you need to pay additional amount from the hotel. OYO and hotel cheating customers.
Had booked rooms for my friends. One of the rooms had a stench so bad that his stomach turned! The staff didn't do much to fix the issue.
Never book on Oyo, bcoz there is no communication between property and OYO..my experience in Kochi, kerala..
I had a very bad experience staying there. Unhygienic rooms and washrooms. They don't even change the bedsheets after every guest, was very disgusting. The service was very pathetic too. I don't recommend this to anyone
Room not higenic. Getting very bad smell. Even room spray also not available with OYO room staff. Hotel run by single person. I have stayed 3nights. They didn't changed my bedsheet, pilllo covers, even no cleaning of the room. And wash room was getting horrible smell. Flush not working. No hot water. No soaps are provided by the hotel manager. No breakfast available if chargeable also. No drinking water bottles provided by the room staff as agreed by OYO during booking. Apart from this, hotel manager charged additionally Rs. 346/- for gst which agreed by OYO as nothing to pay even single paisa at OYO hotel after reaching during booking. I wouldn't choose again OYO rooms forever. Am a weekly traveler. Most of the time am using OYO rooms only. But my decision changed with this bad incident.
Bad experience, I booked the room for rs 600 but the hotel representative behave very badly and rudely talk . And they instantly change the rate in min. I booked at 2:30 pm and they called me at 3 pm to cancel the booking or pay 1600 per night.
