Pathetic service, after making multiple booking and payment, no hotel was allowing checkin. Very rude behaviour from customer support

it's an amazing property to stay, must recommended! Rooms are very comfortable & I feel 100% safe. it's 3nights & 4 days stay. Hotel staff is also very friendly. Parking facility is also spacious as compare to other hotels in dehradun.

Hopeless place pushed us in taking 3 rooms for 7 pax & gave the other two room after 11am. Charged us for early check in. More pax charges. Hopeless. Wrong booking. Won't refer to family. Most room smell smoky. They will ensure to drain every single penny from your pocket.

Room was ok. Ac, geyser, tv were there.location is near railway station. When i ordered food they told me that chef is not available. We have to wait for 10 minutes without electricity as the backup was not available at that time. Wifi was very slow in room no 106. Picture quality of tv was bad. I booked the hotel online in 480 rupee. Considering that price it was awesome. You may feel cheated after giving 1500 rupee.

The rooms could have been a little bit larger, but the spacious balcony makes up for it. Limited but well prepared breakfast options, ranging from Indian to continental. This place is close to the Paltan Bazar (around 20 minute walk), which has quite a lot of shopping and eating options! Obviously, food delivery through Swiggy and Zomato is possible. Overall, the experience was good.

The hotel is very neat, clean & good accomodation option within the affordable price range. The Location is very convenient as it is city centre & crowded area court road. You will find lots of food options with just a walkable distance from hotel. You may find local transportation options also on the next crossing from hotel. Hotel has quite standard size rooms along with basic in room amenities but bathrooms need to be renovated. If you are a looking for good night stay options, this is recommended one. Hotel manager & reception lady also very kind & cooperative. Overall it was a good experience.

Let me start with "Do not ever go to this place". They will overcharge you and will not even give you the basic amenities. When asked for towels they will start making excuses like laundry is wet we will give you towels in the morning etc etc. They dont have centralized gyser and the one which is installed will give you the lukewarm water and only for sometime. Then you have to wait for water to get warm while bathing. You are already fed up from travel then you pay good amount for hotel but you then have to fight for your comfort. Very very very bad experience. 2 star hotel my foot. If there was a minus rating i would have given that.

I will start this review bit differently- why you should at all stay at Berhampur. Honestly speaking, I booked this hotel because we didn't get bookings in our intended spots (Daringbadi/ Gopalpur). But I can say that booking here was the best decision we had made. You can without hesitation have Brahmapur (yes, both names are correct) as a centre spot and travel in different directions- Gopalpur (16km), Rambha (45km), Daringbadi (120km), Tapta pani (70km). And staying here will actually help you in travelling to multiple places. Now coming to this Hotel. In short, very nice. This could be one of the best deals you could get at Brahmapur in a reasonable price. Though obviously there are some backlogs, overall the staying experience was very good. Below I will discuss some pros and cons: +ve sides 1) Excellent location- very near to the rail station; also you will get direct buses/ autorickshaws to Gopalpur right in front of the hotel. Further to mention that the Cristian Missionary Hospital is just opposite side of the road, which could be very helpful in case of medical emergency IMO. 2) A large and well decorated reception area and entrance- will definitely please you. 3) Large rooms- full of light and air (though the standard non-ac rooms are not up to the mark, other rooms are). 4) Room Amenities- well equipped rooms. 5) Service is excellent- you will get everything by just dialling. However, I must also say that you will have to ask. I will discuss this point in detail at the negative points. 6) Staff behavior is nice and polite. Especially the way we were served by some of the employees like Shivram, Sanjay, Panjgrahee was just fabulous. 7) Food- Has it's own restaurant which serves good food in reasonable price. Breakfast us complementary in deluxe/ super deluxe rooms. Also some cheaper restaurants are there nearby like Dalma at the opposite and Sridha at the ground floor of the same building of the hotel. 8) Large parking area- if you are planning to travel by your car, just go for it. -ve sides: 1) Maintenance is not up to the mark- rooms are showing signs of ages/ damps in many places. Also other problems like loose switchboard, non- functioning regulators, broken ac duct are there too. This thing should be taken care of. 2) Though room service us excellent, you will have to ask for everything. Without asking you will not get even a bottle of water. Though breakfast is complementary, we were not even informed initially and 3 out of 4 days we were not even asked. So a little priactiveness would be better. 3) Cleanliness is another area of improvement; though rooms/ bathrooms/ beds were somewhat clean, the cleaning was not top notch. 4) Mosquitoes are a big problem. Though they serve you all-outs/ good knights, the Mosquitoes are stubborn (pun intended) so I would recommend you bring odomos kind of things with you for a decent sleep. Also the hotelier should look into it and try to improve. 5) Was missing a exhaust fan in the bathroom. However, bathroom ventilation is good enough and usually you won't be disturbed by stenches. 6) Standard non-ac room is not positioned good. If you book at this room, be prepared to be disturbed by boy's calling bell every now and then. So here are the important points. Definitely this hotel is recommendable. 4 stars from my end.
