Pathetic, The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I booked this Hotel through OYO and I regret my decision for doing so. The rooms had a bad smell , the Toilets were not well kept and the commodes were broken.No proper drainage for wash basins as well. The list goes on. The sheets were not properly washed. They had no arrangement for the driver to stay and even upon requesting the Owner was non accommodating and arrogant. Instead of being polite ,he was blaming for not checking the room size (I am not sure who checks it) and all the s**t. And when I asked that what Will be served for breakfast, the answer was Tea and Biscuits (I mean seriously ), this is what constitutes as Breakfast included as per them. That was the last straw , we immediately checked out of the hotel and went to a different one. The owner was still unapologetic .
The hotel is a very simple temple town hotel which is part of the Oyo group. The service is very poor & the staff is not trained well. There is no restaurant in the hotel & so food is delivered which is not good. The hotel is OK in its location but then it is a temple town so if you are ok for just a night stay. You can opt for it.
Do not book this hotel. After my parents reach there they are saying online booking has been closed for 1 year and there was no booking done. Agoda allowed it to book and we had paid in advance as well. Seems like a fraud.
Pathetic experience - Room is dirty and insects are roaming around. - suffocating room, no ventilation. - bathrooms are so messy drainage is blocked and basin is just on top on toilet. - commode is dirty. - you can not take bath properly since drains are blocked and basin drain outlet is open. All together waste of money and an big black spot on OYO. You trust OYO since it is a brand and that's why we choose OYO to book hotels assuming a quality should be maintained. But with this balaji palace you will be highly disappointed.
Good place to stay, you will get home made food . Located inside the ayodhya Village pls call hotel and get proper direction.
