OYO Flagship Hotel Ajanta - Hotel in Asansol - Paschim Bardhaman, India

We have to face problems many times! After going to the hotel after booking, the reception person says that all their rooms have been booked. So don't you take confirmation from the hoteliers before booking? Or your system needs to be improved. This has happened for the third time with me. I want to say that if we can be harassed then everyone can be in trouble. It is a different matter that no one wanted to take action. You are requested to improve your service. Thank you.

Property was good but management and their maintenance quality is very bad.

Worst stay of asansol....dirty rooms, filthy bathrooms, hidden charges, improper behaviour with customer, poor ventilation and what not. Not at all recommended

The manager was totally ill-behaved. Previously he was offering the same room for Rs 1200. When he got to know that we booked it via Oyo, he starts treating very meanly. The other staffs also followed the same path of manager. The room was dirty, so as the conditions of the bedsheets with back stains on it. Bathroom was also kept common with other boarders. Complimentary breakfast which was alloted for us was not served also. Since we reached there at night, we had no options to look for some other hotels, thats why we checked out the immediate morning. Such a bad experience I never had before. The manager was such a poor mannered person.

in the hotel rooms condition is very bad . rooms are very dirty(dust are every where). bed covers not washed or changed . pillows and towels are not provided .toilet is far from room (attached bathroom not available). there are only one light and one fan but the speed of fan is very low and there has no regulator available.tv's wire has cut out .the receptionist's behaviour is rude and he is not treat a oyo customer as other customer. if you go normally in this hotel you get respect and your boocking will done in a minute but if you go through oyo at first you have to wait in reception, they first clear their normal costomers then u and also in this case u have to fill the entry book at your own then would not help you . and if u wrongly arrive early ,if there rooms are available then also they will said there are no washed covers so we can't give you rooms and you have to wait and in same time another person came without a support by oyo ,he get rooms .i just want to say,behave yourself we also paid for rooms and oyo must be take care there costomers are must be not harass by any hotel members.

The behavior of the hotel staff is not very good, the room and bed sheets, blankets are quite dirty. Despite my online room booking, the hotel staff refused to give me the room, even though I had the original documents. Then he took another 399 taka more from me but gave me a room. They say oyo has booked 3/4 of the same room so this is the problem. I was supposed to have two visitors, the hotel authorities were not allowing them, after many requests, they allowed me to meet my visitors in the reception lobby.

Hotel staff are very bad behaviour

Very rude behaviour of all the hotel staffs. Demand extra Money. After my prepaid booking I have to pay 1500 more, without this they deny to give the room. I have to wait almost 3hr for the room although other rooms are empty. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
