OYO Flagship Happy Guest House near LV Prasad eye Hospital - Hotel in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

I haven't got my refund because I haven't stayed in the hotel because of price mismatched and I just want my money back.

This OYO is being run on pretenses! The photos on multiple networks and apps, including OYO and Google, are atleast 4 years old. These pics resemble that of a 2/3-star hotel, but the reality is much worse. The rooms are in such a bad condition and the room service isn't free. They charge you for pretty much everything, including water bottles (no complimentary bottles). And the customers booking with prepaid amount are left with no choice but to either use the room for the booking period or forego the paid amount. Please don't choose OYO which has tarnished the image of hospitality in India!

It was a really very good property. I had a comfortable stay during my business trip. Hotel was perfect in all manners.

The room floor was very dirty and oily. Staff are not worth working at the hospitality industry.

Inhumane n terrible mentality of staff / manager. They refused to acknowledge my booking made thru Makemytrip , that too when full prepayment was made. They kept me waiting for an hour after my arrival , late midnight of 16th March 2023, and then I had to search for another place to take shelter. Hydrabad is not my home town n neither I'm aware of the city but they were such fraud down to their spine that they couldn't show any mercy for a pre- booked guest from another state. My request to all the possible guests visiting Hydrabad, never ever book your room in this hotel.

I booked and paid for the hotel online for a deluxe room for two nights. The floor of the room was wet when we got there. It was hard to breathe through, strong smell of chemicals. It did NOT look anything like the pictures. The price of the room was 1200/night. After two nights, when we asked to extend our booking, the night time manager asked us to pay 1500/night. When we asked for the reason for the price hike, he simply replied that, "you were living in a Classic room, now you'll be upgraded to Deluxe room, which is more costly". But, we paid for a deluxe room, not a classic room. To our utter surprise, he charged us by saying, "Why did you check in late at 8PM?". I don't know how that relates to anything. That does not justify providing a Classic room when we paid for a Deluxe room. Night time manager was pretty rude and unprofessional. Because of him, we were forced to leave the hotel.

The room is fully chemical smell and the cleanliness is not good. Wash room also fully chemical smell.and finally checkin experience is worst they demand extra 300 rupees i said that I'll pay in Oyo app but they didn't agree and demand extra 300 Rupees. Fully dissatisfied this room and family members didn't stay here.

Firstly, the rooms were nothing like shown in the picture, mirror was broken from the side and could seriously hurt if anyone passed by its side. Paint was chipping off the walls and the washroom was completely damped with fungus everywhere. Bedsheets were unclean and had holes in between. No cupboard in the room, furthermore, the makeshift wall-hinged table was slanting. Pillows were a mixture of white and yellow and looked completely unhygienic. The worst part was the door hinges which didn't lock properly, it was barely hanging in there with screws almost out. Overall, 1200 for a night was not worth it.
