Food is not at all tasty. Waste of money and time. Ordered mushroom biryani.. Found chicken pieces in it. Unfortunately it happened twice. Can't trust anymore. Even the quality is not up to the mark. Need to improve alottt..! Parcel is even worst. Probability of receiving the ordered parcel is 50-50. Need do a triple check of order before delivery.
The worst chicken fry piece Biryani I ever ate...ordered home delivery, received some chicken curry and rice, the curry taste is worst. Remember I ordered fry piece Biryani...and I called back them to confirm whether it is chkn fry piece Biryani or by mistake they hav send some other...the 1 who attended my call, very carelessly answered it is chkn fry piece only and disconnected my call without listening to me....neither they care taste nor customers.....which are very much expected from customers especially from this business. Simply waste of money. People who posted food is good might b their own employees to promote business. Genuine feed back is ....if I don't go to karthikeya again the last and 1st worst Biryani I tasted in my life will b this.
Function hall is good. Located in highly accessible area. They have a/c banquet halls. Air conditioning was good. Parking is ok. They have medium parking space. Staff is good. Kitchen is ok. Washrooms are disgusting. I don't think they maintain well.
Not satisfied with the buffet .if the item is going to finish they didn't even get the item and simply say no stock then why they are providing buffet don't know. But the dine hall is full spacious and meeting hall also nicely arranged.
Nice restaurant. The ambience is good and the staff is polite. They serve good curries and biryani. Avoid the soft noodles and chicken sizzler. They were pathetic. Chicken Shangrilla and Special Chicken Biryani are their goto dishes
Worst food, its better to go for Rs100 or 110 road side biriyani. Servers are working for tips. If we didn't gave tip to them the treatment will be changed from that minute. 1star is also waste, as bacause of no 1/2 star I'm going to 1
Worst rooms for staying. Even bachelor avoid this hotel from staying. Room, bed & bed covers aren't neat & clean. Stinky smell will always be there in room. Services, no such thing is there. Better avoid this hotel from staying.
It provide very spice and tasty food , it is one of the best food service privider in guntur and in a cheep rates , it is prefarable for familly parties with in the reasonable budget. .. I am really happy for the services

The best hotel in guntur. Rooms are so well cleaned and maintained. I like the ambiance of the rooms. Washroom are also too good. Stayed in hotels in hyderabad compared to those these are pretty good. Far better.
