OYO Flagship Guna Residency - Hotel in Kelambakkam, Chennai - Chengalpattu, India

It was a very bad experience for me i book the hotel from goibibo but i could not contact the hotel as I was gonna check in late So the day arrive for my check in I went to the counter he was the rudest and mannerless person I have ever encounter I paid for a room which was a big room but they gave me a small room instead i told this is not the room I booked and the counter guy said this is the only room available i told him but I've booked a bigger room i had prove i showed him he said if you don't like the room you can go out and sleep outside he said like that I didn't have much option because it was my first time in Chennai and it was around 11:30 pm so I had to stay there and then the bed was dirty like the bed sheets and all I told him can you atleast change it he said he can't and he told me to buy a new one then he will change it wow the blanket was dirty the bed sheet was dirty and he told me to buy new one seriously what a hotel and so many things happened. But on the day of my check out the check out time was 11 am he told me to check out at 10 am I told him I'm packing now and he came again at around 10:30 i told yes I'm getting ready the counter guy said there are guest waiting for the room wow so that means they don't clean it or change anything and let people stay there again wow so I check out at around 10:50 am I don't recommend this hotel if you are going to stay here cancel it if you can no respect for guest it was a very bad experience for me for my first time in Chennai. Not clean at all the room and even the bathroom and toilets

Strictly average place for a short stay. Warning: DO NOT book on Oyo. They charge at least 1000 per night for an AC room. Rooms are not that well maintained. Bedsheets can be cleaner. Expect some tiny frogs in the ground floor toilets.

Don't book this place by OYO. If you do you'll be denied check in. I had to wait 2 hours to sort things out with OYO costumer care and at last they shifted me to another property. In Guna, they said there are no rooms available, then why in the hell are you up on OYO and accepting prepaid reservations? They said that the owner is asking for more money than OYO when these guys themselves choose the price of their hotel.

Never ever stay here. I booked thru Oyo. And the the person in counter said no rooms available nd spoke very harsh words. He asked me to leave immediately in bad words. I was waiting with my wife and kid in heavy rains night 9pm. This guy was drunked and was waiting for a girl who came that time and took her inside for **** maybe this is what he is doing everyday and behaving rude to everyone. I called Oyo. They said check with booking .com. I called them , they said check with Oyo. I lost my money and no refund. This counter guy openly said that I can complain in any police station. I would request all not to book here. Finally i had to take my family back to my Chennai home. So pathetic. Totally frustrated.

They are not recognise online booking. Hence you need to pay from your pocket. The payment is minimum 1200 inr. Your booking through online agency will be lost as the agency will prove that you stayed there. So better avoid this fraudulent place!

Came for a wedding and stayed here with friends. Toilets are not hygienic. Bedspreads are also not clean. But you can have a short stay here. Not a bad place.

Hi, My name is DARSHAN and I visited this hotel for 4days and I rate this hotel 5star from my point of view. Believe me I work in 5 star hotel property at Bangalore and this hotel has something to look forward to stay. I stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend for 4days. I totally enjoyed staying here. This hotel is very well maintained by 3or4boys who takes care of everything. You feel totally secure. You have TV, two fans and AC. But you need to provide water and food my yourself from zomato(which is totally fine). Lastly I would like to thanks to the oyo Team and that guys from this hotel whose kind and good nature made my hotel memorable. Thank you.

Safe place for couples. Guna, he is the owner. Very genuine response. But don't pay in oyo. You can Directly pay to guna account. Because I made the mistake.
