It was an amazing experience here. The Room os confortavel, with an amazing view to ganga. It is a quiet spot in Varanasi, and the people that works here were always lovely and prestative.
It is very useless, the hotel people ask for water, there is no water, they turn off the water, the hotel people sit down and keep drinking, they quickly close the gate below
Hotel didnot deserve even single star, very bad experience, bad staff ,arrogant, unhygienic room , water problem , AC cooling problem . Complain List are so long. Never suggest for this bad guest house, owner and staff both are very arrogant.
We had a booking on 24-04-2023. And we paid half the booking amount in advance. As we were informed that they were facing heavy rush so we need to make the payment to confirm. Wheb we reached the property they simply denied the check-in. The manager told us that we'll receive the refund within 2-3hrs. Till date i didn't received any refund. And they're constantly declining my call! Never had such a bad experience. Scamming is their main business and the guest house is to cover up all these stuff. They've a set of employees just to do these kind of things. And the manager denied that the person to whom we've made the payment to work with them. And the funny part is we received the contact details via official mail id. And paid to reservationssupport Upi. Visit this property on your own risk.

Our stay at ganga Love was really great experience. Our Host santosh treated us Like Family members. The food He cooked us tasted Always amazing! Highly recommend to eat there also. Our room Had a balcony with View on a Part of the Ganges. The bath and the room where the cleanest we ever Had in this India Trip. Much Love
The owner is very attentive to its customer's needs. I had an amazing time in Ganga Love, feeling at times like in a family home, meeting spiritual people and having peaceful conversations. It was one of the best stays I had in India. The view over the ganga also largely contributed to the quality of my stay.
