Staff is very nice but hotel do not have kitchen, neither electric kettles in rooms. The cleaning is not done daily . Also the toiletries are not provided. By oyo , we have booked it for Rs 1500 + GSt18%. It don't worth it

Both the staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Please (Divya jyoti Inn) give your staff awards! We loved staying at the property. Hygenic rooms and bathrooms. Both staff members are very helpfull. We enjoyed the stay. #Jamshedpur

terrible...Unhigenic rooms. Bed sheets having spots. hairs are scattering over bed. Floors are dirty as well. bathroom is smelling too much. Behaviour from the receptionist of the property is below the mark. He told us for modfyng booking when asked for complaining. Have not checked in.

The behavior of hotel staff is very bad. Completely unprofessional. The behavior of the hotel boy is suspicious. So I advise you to take care of your belongings. A risky hotel for Couples. Washroom not attached to the room, which was not mentioned.

Staffs were helpful and friendly. Me and my friend had to leave for office early, so we asked if they can provide breakfast before 8 AM. The manager said it's not possible as their shifts starts from 8.30 but will try his best. Next morning he served us our breakfast in our rooms. These kind of hospitality is what guests expects. Really appreciate their efforts.

I give it 4 stars rating, wanted to give 3.5 stars. Here you will get rooms for 800/900/1000 rupees for two. Size wise rooms are identical more or less, but the rooms cost 1000 has attached bathroom within it, and others don't have attached, they have bathrooms outside of the room. Rooms are generally clean, but they need to work on the cleanness of bedsheet and towels. No food available from the hotel. You have to order from outside like zomato or other vendors. They maintain the rules and ethics. It's near to axis mall .

the first impression of the hotel is their awaful hospitality sense,specially the behavior is too rough and harsh! when i cl him for confirmation about our booking over the phn for the first time after my booking done he almost scolded me. beside this the service of the staffs is too slow too.. food and water bottle charge is too high for a mid budget hotel...after all these they wanted us to pay extra money for their service!lol!a ton of mosquitoes in the room can ruin your vacation.so keep a mosquito net along with is safer!no water filter is in the entire hotel so you have to pay 30 rs for a one litre bottle !is it appropriate in a cheap to medium budget hotel located in subarb kolkata plainland! one plate plain rice cost rs 109/- excluding taxes !i also published some pictures of torned bed sheet ,pillow cover and quilt cover too!

Property manager denied to give property after where I previously booked property on that day from OYO. They don't co-operate with any guests who came there on booking of Oyo.. I suggest not to go there ... because after requesting many times they didn't co-operate with any guests & also charged extra price ... Overall location of property good ,no any shop present near that....So, I don't make recommendation to go there on any type of booking specially from OYO...
