The experience with this place has been quite satisfactory. The amenities, services, and overall ambiance are all commendable. However, I must emphasize that the location may not be ideal for families. While the facilities within the establishment are great, the surrounding area may lack family-friendly attractions.

I would have given negative marking but unfortunately dont have an option. Rooms are so dirty, washrooms are like hell. Not recommeded for a couple not even for anyone. Please donot book this hotel, you will regret.

The hotel does not exist and the property did not pick up calls while trying to search for it. The area near the shown location is shady and unsafe. Do not book this property!

NO CLEANLINESS Worst and Pathetic Hotel experienced in my life, I booked this hotel with my wife, Their A/C Didn't worked for 2 Days and we already informed that their A/C is not working. but they didn't changed the room also, so we asked for discount while checkout, Instead of accepting the fault they started fighting with us, Snatched our phone 2 times while recording the situation, (This is what they said :- Paisa to pura dena padega, Jo karna hai karlo) And fir usne meri wife ko dhakka diya or uske hath se phon chin ne ki kosis kiya. BOHOT HI GHATIYA STAFF, I WISH YE DIN KISI BHI DELHI VISITOR KO NA DEKHNA PADE. US TIME AGAR HUMARA TICKET NA HOTA, THEN WE WOULD HAVE FILED AN F.I.R.

Horrible experience in Delhi Made a hotel booking from agoda and did the payment. Hotel name Oyo 29389 delhi Empire which is located about 2.8 km from red fort. Upon reaching the place I was forced to pay extra. As it was very late night I had no other choice but to pay. After checking in the room it was very dirty. It was already 1:30 am but just after an hour the guy called us down saying that he was offering a better room. But I realised that someone had intercourse in that room and the sheets and room were not cleaned and itbwas stinking. The hotel guy was forcing us to stay in that room and gave away the previous room for someone else. When asked for cancellation and refund the guy threatened us and stated that he has no refund policy. So with no other choice we had to leave this Oyo hotel and sit in railway station at 2:30 am.

Staff behaviour was very good but the rooms are very bad we have changed the room 4 times all the rooms are very bad hotel show go under maintenance but the staf behaviour was very good

Please don't make a mistake to book this hotel. Worst hotel I have visited in Delhi.

Stayed at this hotel for a day and it was the worst experience ever. The rooms are dirty and walls have mold all over it. The staff had to spray perfume the first time they opened the door to mask the smell of the room. The bathroom was the worst part. There was no water supply the day we stayed there. The staff always gave lame excuses such as the motor is not working and water will come in 5 mins. Even the beds were dirty and we didn't even bother turning on the fan so that we could avoid using the blankets provided. Please dont stay here.
