OYO Flagship Clausil Inn Near Immaculate Conception Church - Hotel in Panaji - North Goa, India

Booked using a booking website. I received a message from the property through them, asking for full payment upfront to confirm availability. I paid, and then when I tried to contact them intimating them about my arrival time, I was informed that I had checked in already. And once I reached the property at 11 in the night, I was denied a room. The staff were extremely uncooperative and rude.

Most pathetic and dirty hotel ever . No said ammenities provided like Ac , tv both are non working state . No complementary breakfast given. Daily cleaning not done .no linen changed..linen fully in torn condition . No soap , handwash provided This hotel is fully scam . Even staff and hotel owner asked to leave the hotel before check out time because they have received one enquiry for the room Reception area just near to your rooms door..nearly half of night staff chitchat there nd smoke..full smoke smell comes inside the room Kindly don't book this hotel

No room service like a morning cup of tea etc. Staff is cooperative and at that price it's great for budget travellers.

Worst place to leave. Bathroom is worst. Towel was dirty. No soaps and shampoos provided. AC wasn't working properly. Commode had leakage from bottom. Totally yuck it was.

Fully scam hotel i booked a hotel from oyo site for 2 days for married couple after one day they are asking extra 2000 rs. Even hot water also not providing for shower Others positive reviews also fake added

The rooms were good. The behaviour of staff were also commendable. Food is available through swiggy and within 1 km walk. There is a cafe just below which serves goan cuisine and drinks. One thing i would like to quote is that even after my check out at 11 they made me comfortable till the time my taxi had arrived post noon. All together good experience.... Hoping to come back.... The rooms were clean but everything was old and worn out. It has all the facilities of a lodge and is convenient if you are only looking for a place to stay for the night. It is not near to any of the tourist spots, so be ready to pay a hefty sum for taxis.

Won't recommend to stay here. The rooms are dirty and full of ants. There is a constant water flow. Most rooms are next to the reception which means constant noise. The beds creek. You can find better stays in nearby localities.
