Don't book this hotel room in Oyo. They demand extra money saying they are not registered in Oyo and some silly reasons. Rooms are not so clean. Bathroom windows are broken. Linens were also dirty. Service doesn't justify the price. Not at all recommended.

One of the worst hotels in gandhibazar. Poor rooms,worst rest room N bathroom no response from anyone after check in. Bad odour no proper supply of hot water and bathroom essential

Terrible experience. I had booked the room for Rs. 542 through OYO and when I came to check-in at 10 pm they denied check-in and demanded Rs.1000 for stay. Such a careless attitude and solely focused on exploiting customer vulnerability. I was made to stand in the middle of the street during the night and had no option but pay Rs. 1000. Even then, the whole experience was PATHETIC. * Toilet door won't close because why would you want to bath behind closed doors? * Heater is listed in amenities but won't work because who cares? * Entire floor is noisy and NO, it's not the guests but hotel staff who make such ruckus! * AC is a showpiece, won't work. * You will find 1 month worth of garbage on the loft of toilet. * Water will be murky, man up and deal with it. Only good thing is the location, it's better to sleep on the platform as it's much cleaner and nobody would bother you in the middle of the night.

Never book this through online .they will say online not allowed and You will definitely get cheated. I lost 1000 rs

Pathetic. I arrived at about 9:30 am. Asked the staff for a washroom usage. They denied strictly. The reception guy was playing something on his phone. When I asked again, they asked me to go away. I left thinking, if a customer don't get a chance to talk imagine the service there. You may stay only by God's faith. Rest is purely bhagwan bharose.

One of the worst places to stay or if you are looking for leisure. Although this premise is in the heart of South Bangalore very close to nice restaurants this facility is very poorly maintained and managed. No one really cares about cleanliness, hygiene. I booked this via Oyo while I was looking for a stay for 8hrs plus to take calls and the experience I had was pathetic. Firstly on entering, I could make out the room was smelling very bad, had to ask for a room fresher, A/C was not working, the TV remote was in pieces and had to call the room boy for every discovery we made about things that were out of order. Bath towels are a luxury. Secondly, I had to use the bathroom and could discover that the knob was coming out the wall and could barely operate with very dirty stains on the wall, probably mosquitoes/bed bugs - not sure. And the doormat was already used & when I flipped it over, could see the foot mark & to my utter shock, we paid like 800+ and it wasn't expected to be this shabby for the price. I had to escalate this matter to the Oyo Manager Neel and asked for a replacement which they did after speaking to the property owner Mr. Naveen. I shared the pictures of the facility and had to immediately checkout within 30 min as It was barely breathable. It was the most pathetic experience that I had experienced in Bangalore as I often book Oyo Rooms when I need some calm space outside of my home for late-night calls and nearby food joints. Probably the staff has no clue of the standards of maintaining a hotel room, especially during this pandemic. I got my replacement after a long discussion, which I moved to another facility near BTM which was not as bad I thought it would be. Oyo used to be reasonably good for short stays, but sorry to see them losing the ground like this. I would definitely think twice before I make a further booking on Oyo
