OYO Flagship Ayyans Residency - Hotel in Kelambakkam, Chennai - Chengalpattu, India

Worst experience ever. I have booked the room via Oyo and made the payment 2 days before and during arrival on the check in date, the hotel person asked though which mode I made the payment and how much payment I have made, as soon as he got to know its via Oyo he said no rooms available please go and check with oyo. Oyo tried calling the hotel but the mobile was switched off. The Oyo has refunded the amount but I had to pay 5 times extra to check in the nearby hotel due to peak season. The response from the hotel person was so harsh. Not sure why Oyo has partnership with these kind of hotels.

I stayed at Hotel for a night and it was ok. The price was ok, the staff was cooperative, all facilities were available such as tv. ac and Wi-Fi. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Kelambakkam Bus Station.

It's for the people who need cheap and best room and they roll on time you enter room rather then 12 your basis..

Worst experience ever. When we put on the geyser the lights fam AC are off. When we contacted the service staff .they din respond.

Rooms are not that much good, not recommend to someone who want a clean, good place to stay.

Very well Maintained, value for money highly recommend for Comfort Stay @ Budget price

Not worth it for Oyo tag
