Not clean poor serivece no Wi-Fi not hot water its too high price for room cleaness its too bad worst experience

They insisted to pay for the room in advance for my 3-day stay and after the payment was done, the quality of service started degrading. The rooms were filled with cockroaches and were too unhygienic. The water geyser was connected to all the taps and boiling hot water was coming out of all the taps. They shifted me to another room but the condition there was the same. I could barely sleep at night and the next day the first thing I did was to get out of that dismal place. They didn't refund the money but I just had to leave. Please don't let them fool you too. I strongly suggest don't plan your stay at this hotel.

5 star for staff behaviour and Reasonable price. After checkout we kept our baggage in the hotel and they gave us extra 3 hours for refreshing without paying.

Preferable stay, very good and cosy. worth all the price and was lucky to get a good deal from Goibibo. Clean washrooms, bed room, comfortable mattress and perfectly working air conditioning..and fully covered Wi-fi. Only let down was the TV cable channels were not functioning..and was not sorted even after raising the issue twice. I was saved as the WiFi connectivity was good. Good staff. Recommended stay.. good for family and solo travelers. But please note, not much eatery options around the hotel..but swiggy and Zomato are there for your rescue. The best and very famous restaurant around is MTR, about 5-10mins walk from the Hotel. Comfort

A good place, for this budget. Rooms are clean with AC and TV. The washroom is clean too. The flush doesn't work properly, and wash basin hasn't been cleaned well ... the only reasons I am giving a 4 star; though they might have changed my room, on request, I believe. I intended a few hours' stay, and this is perfect.

I prepaid the charges online for 613/- for two people but the hotel manager charged an extra 300/- in cash for second guest as the manager denied that he won't provide the room on price listed in oyo rooms website upon arrival so end up paying extra for accommodation.Also bed sheets had blood stains and room attached with washroom were stinky, unhygienic, even after changing two rooms, the condition remained the same. Had a pathetic and an aweful experience at Archana Inn!!! Would request Oyo team to refund the above mentioned xtra amount paid without any valid reason.

Location is ok. I chose non standard non AC room because I just needed a place to sleep at night so value for money since I got good discount via red bus/goibibo. Room service did not come for whole 3 days neither was water provided. Washbasin's tap was not functioning so I had to use a mug. Bed was quiet comfortable for 2 people. Tv and cable was working fine. Toilet is just enough to move, because it has very very limited space. No shower or personal water geyser. Hot water comes only during day time.Good for short stay .

Very bad. I booked the AC room and paid online to oyo. During check-in hotel manager refused to give me AC room and asked 500/- per day extra for AC room. I keep trying to Oyo help line for one hour. After one hour i succeeded to talk with executive of Oyo, he assured me to short out to matter and put me on hold 6-7 minutes, after that call was disconnected. After that again I was trying calling and got Oyo executive after half hour. Now Oyo executive told me that now we will shift you to other lodge. As this was too late, 1 and half hour already left I paid Rs.500 per day extra to hotel manager and taken AC room.
