Very bad service Ac is not working and provide me it's scam hotel
Wonderful hotel, rooms comfortable, staff good , privacy part good
Hygiene : -5/5 Reason : There were ants in the bed. Toilet was too dirty. Water bottle not sealed open. Very risky to stay jn these types of hotels. Staff behavior: 1/5 Reason : Hotel owner was too rude. And misbehaving with guests. Safety : 0.5/5 Reasoning : There were too much wrong thing i have seen. Call girls coming full night. This hotel not suitable for family and professionals. Price : 1/5 Reason : They charged more than the price mentioned on OYO. Food: 0/5 They don't have kitchen or food facility. You have to depend on road side food. Overall - 0.1/5 Third class hotel.
Loved the package deal its a great night out for couples. The food was great from the dinner to breakfast. Live theatre and a beautiful room with a private balcony. We also received a hand made gift for our anniversary and a nice gift basket full of goodies. Nice hotel and staff.
Disappointing. Poor housekeeping. Rooms not cleaned despite reminders. Linen not changed until told to do so. Unclean crockery and cutlery. Food was very tasty. Chipped cups. Untrained, sloppy staff but affable. Walls dirty and stained. Undue delay in closing bills during check-out. Extremely unprofessionally run.
The facilities were great, and the room was great. Breakfast was fabulous and employees were very nice. The outside area was beautiful. We enjoyed the hot tub and good conversation with other guests. Would definitely return.
Staff was good, but the cost is a bit high as compared to locality and noise. In future, please have toilets cleaned and basic ammenties like tissues, soap, pillow cover and working television.
The People out there are really helpful. We had reached at like 2 at night still they were ready to help with accomodation which they gave at third floor. Knowing it will be difficult for us to stay on the third floor the next day they shifted us to the first floor. They are quite cooperating and helpful.
