Worst rooms washrooms are so dirty. The bed sheet has fungus in it and also smells so bad. The room is so disgusting Also the poster outside says 999rs and inside the money changes. The room doesn't even worth 500rs. This place is cleaned least after building it.
Very worst rooms... latches weren't working
Everything about this hotel was on point. Housekeeping kept the room exceptionally clean every day of our five day stay. The doormen were always friendly and welcoming. Most of all, we were grateful to guy at the front desk for his assistance and openness with anything we needed during the stay.
Wow! Hotel accommodations were outstanding! When we stepped out of our vehicle- we were met by the friendliest men who warmly welcomed us. They took care of our vehicle and our luggage- as well as showed us up to our rooms- and made sure we had everything we needed. A guy was especially helpful, kind and most accommodating. He helped us with late check out and made it possible for us to extend our adventures for the day! Beautiful hotel and the friendliest staff!! We will definitely return!
Average hotel but clean rooms for normal price. Great location. Parking is a problem as they have very limited basement parking. Most of the cars are parked outside in main road. Location is excellent and convenient. Good for a quick night stay. Cigarette smell was there in room but not going away due to ventilation issues
IBRAS Residency . The service levels are out of the top draw. The lobby being on the second floor gives it an odd feel. However, once you get there the lobby is splendid. The check in staff are excellent and you get the impression nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are sumptuous too. For those looking for a bit of luxury this is for you.
Horrible rooms and a terrible stay we've experienced in Trichy. Awfully dirty and utmost uncomfortable. The rooms in this property are a big blow to OYO. Very poor maintenance. No drinking water is provided. The rooms stink of cigarette smoke. No towels. No coat stand. No iron table. No remote for the A/C. Parking facility will score a zero. I've rated 1 star - not out of 5 stars, but, out of pity.
This is a very clean hotel. Very nice staff. We will return for another stay at the IBRAS Residency. All areas were clean and fresh. The breakfast buffet was really nice but no bacon. We did not get to try ice cream but we will at next stay. It was very popular.
