OYO Flagship 88520 Sheetal Homestay - Home Stay in Kasauli - Solan, India

I had a very very bad experience with this homestay. The owner of this homestay is rude and does not know how to treat guests. I booked this homestay in first week of May and requested an early check-in on phone. However, when I arrived at the homestay, he refused to allow me to check in early, forcing me to pay an additional fee even though the entire homestay was completely unoccupied. There was no towel or soap in the bathroom, and the room was so dirty and unhygienic. It is hard for me to understand how people are giving them a good review on Google. They are fake and managed reviews. My personal experience was pathetic. Never book this homestay if you don't want to ruin your Kasauli trip. The charge for lunch and dinner is also so high as compared to the market, they are just looting the tourists.

There was so much dirt in the room of the homestay and the bedsheets and pillow were so dirty. Even though the whole homestay room was empty and not occupied when I arrived early in the morning, the host refused early check-in and forced me to pay an extra charge even though I had already requested early check-in by phone. I am totally dissatisfied with the rude behaviour of the property owner and would not recommend anyone to book this sheetal honesty. A complete waste of time and money. Also, the prices for breakfast and dinner are way too high compared to the shops in the market. They are just looting customers.

I don't know how people have given good reviews to this homestay. My experience was worst. The staff was very rude. There was no mirror in the room, no toiletries, not even normal water to drink. Very unprofessional behaviour, inhospitable. We had booked for 3 nights but it was not worth staying. So we checked out 1 day before, and asked for refund of 1 day or atleast half amount. But they refused to refund any amount and in addition to that they put useless allegations on us. Not safe as they didn't even ask for any ID proof. Go to this homestay only if u want to ruin your whole trip. I will never recommend this homestay to anyone specially girls. To add on, the TV Remote was also not working.. what else can I say

This homestay is located at a peaceful surrounding with decent pricing. The staff is very helpful. It is newly opened so they need to work on few things like providing toiletries and clean towels but beside that cleanliness was maintained at all times and we enjoyed our stay there.

The owner is very good and helpful. The cheerful personality. Talk to him for suggestions for the places he will suggest you the best places. The bathrooms are not attached that is the only downside.

It has six rooms of 8 into 10 size with attached toilet nd geaser. Price is very much fair in comparison with other nearby hotels. Mr. Raju pandit is nice man taking care of everything in there. It's 4.5 km before kasauli.. route towards Kasauli village. Nice location of the hotel.

Don't book ever, non-hygienic rooms with venom insects.

Very bad experience with them, they are very rude and uncooperative with their guests. They don't know how to talk with women, girls and old age ladies, language was very bad and abusive. They threatened us. Never book room there,, if you don't want to ruin your trip.
