There was recently an unfortunate experience I had with a Oyo room, I had rented. The service was absolutely unsatisfactory. The room was in terrible condition, and there were multiple maintenance issues. Even though I'd requested the property to be cleaned before I moved in, it was still unclean and full of dust! When I contacted the landlord to ask for help, they were unresponsive and didn't take my request seriously. This made me feel like I was being ignored and taken for granted. All in all, I cannot recommend this Oyo room as the service was completely unacceptable...it costs 2800rs for two days and with an addition of AC, but the AC as well as the connection to the Tv was turned off repeatedly and was like behaving the way , it was a power failure , but it wasn't..for me it's very hard to live here for two days so i decided to check out after 1 day ..the foul smell from the room was not adjustable.. another flop is that there isn't any resturant or even you find it hard to get a taxi..pls save your money..I'm giving my sincere feedback say no to OYO FLAGSHIP 83005 DREAM RESIDENCY LOCATED AT
Service is oky. Cleanliness of the bed rooms and bathroom is not upto the mark. And they wont allow the price shown in oyo rooms
The care taker was a nice person. Even the property owner had a good attitude towards customers. Rooms are good, Amnesties were available as mentioned. Only problem is the transportation availability. There are no bus stops or auto rikshaw stands near the property. For accessing public transport we will be needed to walk 1.5km to 2km to get a vehicle.
Hotel lies on highway and outside city. Good for layover if you are traveling by road. This Hotel does not provide food. So you have to rely on swigy or nearby hotels.
The rooms were dirty and the cupboard was filled with dust and fungus. They offered ac room but the ac were not working. They behaved in a way that all this happened regularly. The smell was very bad too.Also they wanted cash before booking and won't return money if cancelled.
Great stay, friendly behaviour. You get the homely feel if you stay here. Really enjoyed it

I have been here for the last two days, a very good ambience, a place to go anywhere in Thiruvananthapuram city. like railway station, airport and highway. Good rooms and good attitude and cooperation from the staff. I liked very much.
