OYO Flagship 813494 Hotel Ravi Palace - Hotel in Rajkot - Rajkot, India

I paid online 452 for one night stay which is showed on Oyo app but the guy who is seated on reception asking extra 200 for the room he said he didn't received any confirmation regarding my booking and all rooms are occupied but if I ready to pay then somehow one room is suddenly gets empty I am arguing with this guy at 3:30 in the night and he saw I don't have any other option so he took extra 200 without any delay.. Room condition is worst also don't give soap if I ask for the same he said we don't provide soap... disgusting! Can't able to explain toilet condition... worst experience ever!

Never go in this hotel. This is one of the worst hotel that you will ever find. Room, Bathroom, Bedsheet, pillow, towel were too much dirty. Bad staff behaviour. They were smoking in the lobby. There was no ventilation available in the room. Whole night my room was smoking like ciggerate. They didn't have the lock on the door so if you are going outside the room you can't lock your room. I am repeating again that never go in this hotel.

I had the pathetic experience. Location was not very catchy to eyes. Service was not good, rooms also not up to the mark, plastic sheet was there on the ceiling above the fan, door was not having lock outside, they have not given even the new water bottle, leakage in tap water, room was also not so clean, AC also was not switched off and flap was open, light streak is also not having the plug in the pin just put up a wire in the plug. Would nevwr recommed this place to anyone.

Not fit for hotel buisness. Room was emailing at the time of enter in the room. Pillo are also not replaced that also dirty & snaking. Hot water flow also was not proper ,I spent 30 min in the bathroom for hot water. It was free reakfast then how they can demand charges for breakfast ? we had very hot disc. with hotel managment. it was werst & wrong selection of hotel from ny side. No any value for money.

One of the oldest Hotel in the city. With banquet and in the heart of city. One can easily get the connectivity for railway station, bus port and private bus stops.

M am going to explain abt the stay oh honeymoon suite room kindly pay attention, I have paid 1800 for this room..-- Pathetic behavior from staff and management, vulger speaking maneger and his staff, room was full of cockroaches and mosquitoes,all the plug point we're hanging, cealing was having holes in it, fan and ac was not functioning properly complainted whole day no 1responded back, in complimentary breakfast they have given dried poha.. that was the only available breakfast with Dem, gyser was not working no availability of warm water to back, no food facility they have and 1which they have arranged - they have taken 25% service tax (1thali) on it, just imagine the level of down marketism unclean room and washroom, no toiletries were provided. I have booked the room online through make my trip, it was mentioned at the time of booking that early check-in is available and I reached @ 11 am room was not prepared and when I asked for the reason the man at the counter started shouting on us.. it was my helplessness that I could not get the booking cancel as I have already paid for this ridiculous hotel or else by seeing at his behaviors an man from some sofesticated family would have beaten him up..

The rooms are bit overrated in terms of price , the rooms are very congested and the bathrooms are small just turn your eyes and it will end. Even the floor was dirty.

It's good place to stay. staff is very decent. centre location is very convenient for business people. Good Room rates & healthy varieties in Breakfast daily.
