Very bad, I had received a confirmation after the booking but when I reached the hotel the room was sold out

Poor quality rooms. Unhygienic. Not suitable for families.

Pathetic, Oyo scam , charging extra Even if book online oyo with Ac No ac in room A duct system

I booked this hotel through OYO, but was horrible, first we were late due to late arrival of train at Aurangabad (Maharashtra) from Mumbai, we reached there with 2 kids of 3 years ,6 years and 10 years at night time, almost 12:30 midnight. We were 4 adults and 1 senior citizen of age 77 years with above 3 child. We were made to stand like culprits that we booked the room, beside that we already had informed them in advance that we will be late due to late arrival of train. The owner sleeping there at reception on sofa was like terrorist. After lots of deliberation with OYO staff customer care, any how they allotted room after they made us sit for atleast more than 1 hour at reception. And then the room was like this(please see photos). I have never seen such rooms before in my life, no water no service, no hot water, it was like we have been there as prisoner who had murdered someone. In bathroom worms were roaming, all rooms were full of moth, cupboard broken, rotten, bedsheets with holes and foot prints, spitting every where, ac full of dust, fan turned grey due to dirt, and what not.. nothing good to say. I was not getting time to write to higher authority but suddenly google asked for review and here is this. Please judge urself how good is to stay here. I will take out time and write in details to hotel as well and to consumer forum for such services. Just waiting for good time.

Stay was good, rooms are big , a bit retro style interior but still ok. I would really like to appreciate efforts taken by young lads Mr.Akash Hiwale & Atish Hiwale .. as I checked in late still he actually arranged my dinner properly with awsome food. (I ordered Palak Paneer) A big thank you for service ..Thumbs up!

Medieval infrastructure with bare minimum facilities. The rooms are spacious enough to play golf minus amenities that you would actually need to live. No dustbins, dirty linens and the smell of old peeling walls. And the breakfast would make you go on a perennial fast. Overall, okay for emergencies-can survive!

The room was very dirty. The washroom was not cleaned properly also the flush was not working. They charged me for the AC room but AC was not working and when I complained about it they simply ignored. The price for one night is 1600, in this price one can get better options. I won't recommend anyone going there.

Dirty and filthy rooms, passage and bathroom. We booked a family suite, instead they gave us a simple room with No ceiling fan and faulty AC. Manager called at midnight to shift our car in the small inconvenient parking so that other guest could park too in the same space. Very unhappy experience during our 2 night stay.
