OYO Flagship 81115 Royal Resort - Hotel in Puri - Puri, India

It's a fraud Hotel. This Name of hotel is no where. It's changed his name to Santosh Beach Resort. All the tourists r requested to do not book this hotel. I have done FIR against this hotel. Staff r very rude. Location is haunted.

Worst rooms! Poor Service. Toilet flush not working. Wonder why OYO has tied up with this unhygienic hostile place. Edit: the hotel staff were using the washrooms and sleeping on the bed in rooms allotted to us. We had to leave early morning. There was none at the reception to open the locked door. After half an hour, the manager came out of one of the hotel rooms. Really pathetic! Not to talk about mosquitoes at night and the pathetic hygiene...This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life!!!! There is no provision to provide 0 star.

Rooms are not clean. Tv and Ac is working properly. Hotel staffs (including manager) behaviour is very bad. Go and check the drawers of hotel room u will find cigarette and gutka packet. Worst experience ever. Don't stay in this hotel.

Worst rooms, bad smells all over the surroundings with dustbin garbage, no proper maintenance. I booked the hotel in season, when I went there he has given the room for higher price and ignored my booking. I went with my family and kids, I have to face trouble due to his cheating behavior. He keeps instant rules to ignore the bookings done, if he gets higher price from different customers. Also, he changed the hotel name, but I have taken the pics from all the sides of the hotel so that no one will be cheated again. There is no proper road to go near to the hotel.

The worst anyone can get.. To start with, 1-hotel didnot had mineral water. 2-The room key was not given and the manager said that some guests took it with themselves 3- room was not clean, bedsheet had stains. 4- extra blanket was not available 5- wifi not available 6- unprofessional and rude staff 7- not into the city limits Would not at all recommend it to anyone..

It was a terrible experience. The rooms are truly unhygienic and unhealthy even you can see blood marks , ciggerate Ash etc on the room itself. Very rude , illiterate staff and so called manager. The rooms felt truly suspicious. Every room hold multiple useless mirror. Fun fact you will see the wall the sinks, the bedsheet, pillow everything dirty but the mirror are kept clean. There will be a large 6x3ft mirror attached exactly parallel to the bed. It just felt like an interrogation room. Rooms are separated by door basically the rooms are partioned. No towel ,no cleaning was provided. They don't even clean the bathroom. You won't be able to get fresh even because most of the taps won't be working. And basins will be jammed with water and no house service was even provided.After all this if you want to get out or want to visit any places in puri after keeping your luggage. Guess what they won't provide you the keys of the room even. When I asked the manager he just replied that you can keep your items in the room and go no one will open the room. Let me explain you what happened that day. We discussed that at morning we will visit temple and we will be keeping the luggage so he said I will give you keys of a different room and you can keep your luggage and after wards come to your own room in which you can get fresh and check out. While we were out they just gave our room to some one else and once we got back they asked us to use a room which was used by another couple. They didn't even waited for checkout period and just gave the room keys to some one else before we left. After which the room in which they allowed us to freshen up was used by couple. Even you can see the used condom in the bed and bathroom that sort of treatment. As described there is no dedicated parking they just have a park in front of this STAY and consider that as parking. They will allow you to keep your vehicle only at night. That to if you decide to keep the bike there you need to take the bike above the stairs which may damage your bike. Imagine your bike or car is a luxury car and your base get scratched because of the so called stairs parking. Worst nightmare! This are just goons seating at a holy place to make fraud. IF YOU HAVE READ TILL THE END AND STILL BOOKING THIS STAY THEN CONGRATULATIONS! YOUR HOLIDAY IS SPOILT. MOST IMPORTANT YOU WILL HAVE AN INTROGATION EXPERIENCE AT NIGHT EVEN WHEN SLEEPING IF SMELL ALLOW YOU TO DO SO! JAY JAGARNATH!

The condition of the entire hotel is so poor that even after paying in full i had to leave.The toilet doesn't have jet attached ,there was no bucket,no mug,no fan,no tv. It was smelling like hell. Everything was stinking so badly. I got late as my flight was delayed so when i reached the staff was drunk and shouting in regional language. It was the worst hotel i have ever come across.it a remote area located graveyard or kander like building. I have the pics to prove all the points. You better Stay at the road than to choose this hell.

I request the readers reading this review read till end. It was a worst experience with OYO booking system. Even i did not stay at the hotel but charged fully. The response from the service team regarding the cancellation of my booking was horrible. They promised big things during booking but reality was absolutely opposite at the time of cancellation. The management of Royal Villa was even worst they put my status checked in without my check in.
