Rooms is big.. Friendly Atmosphere. .. Staff behaviour is so nice.. Very near to Market.. All is good...

Rooms were dirty, there was hair in the drawers as well as random batteries. AC didn't work half the time. No water provided in the room. Had to pay for basics that should be included. Bathroom was clean enough. Breakfast and dinner were late with limited selection and a repeated selection of vegetarian only options. Hotel perfect is far from perfect. Highly recommended to look around for other better hotels. You're probably saving yourself from a lot of hassle. 3 and a half star rating is pretty unbelievable after actually staying there. Give this place a miss

Has exactly what you need. You get what you pay for. Could do with updating rooms but it was fine for a short stay. Rooftop is fab, food is fine. Staff were quiet, not much English but happy to help

Traveled here as part of G Adventures tour. Seemed to be construction work happening so perhaps it will improve but at time of writing the hotel is not in great shape. Had I not previously stayed in a very clean and well kept hotel in Dehli I might have been satisfied. I mean the bed linen was clean and bathroom was ok so for one night fine. However, there was little to no hot water, windows didn't shut properly so cold and noisy at night. Interior pretty worn and dated, fridge was very dirty and no in room safe. Breakfast was very basic and staff seemed to portray it was a hassle for them to do it, despite charging 200 R extra. My first impression wasn't great with my bag being taken immediately and the member of staff snatching my keys taking my bag up too room and then standing there until I gave him a tip. Wouldn't have minded if there was lots of steps or something but I can take my own bag in a lift! The area of town was good, nice bakery, market and 24hr conscience shop near by.

If a hotel needs to call itself perfect... (I'll let you finish that thought). It was a standard attempt for western accommodation in the middle of the bustling city of Delhi; not bad over all. The beds were very firm, hot water almost non-existent (unless you ask/complain; not uncommon in India). Rooms are for smokers and the scent does linger. Wifi is okay but much easier to use in the public areas vs the rooms. Location is good and felt safe. I don't want to sound the an ignorant westerner; I wasn't expecting the Hilton. The breakfast buffet the served my group was okay. Staff were very friendly.

The room setup was far beyond my expectations when I saw the building outside.The lighting and interior was different and every corner catches your attention with detailed art work .Room service and food is also above average. Especially the roof top open restaurant worth visiting and having your dinner over there is really a good experience for children's and family. like this if you found this helpful..

Loved its indian art deco wood carvings in all its room and common seating area on every floor giving olden era maharaja vibes. Neat, clean and budget friendly.

It was not a pleasant stay. 1.I was booked with another fabhotel branch and I was sent atleast 3 reminders to pay in advance but not one communication was made regarding the hotel location change 2. The room was shabby with no hot water in the evening. 3. I just peeked behind the curtain and the curtain along with the velcro fell down. So I didn't have any privacy whatsoever as there is a building infront of it and people kept peeping inside. I will not stay here again.
